Minus Gaea's Cradle, it's a pretty cheap deck--Magistrate, Warcaller, and Priest are the most expensive cards. beyond that, there's one or two that are around $1 apiece, and the rest are cheaper than that. You could easily build this for $25-$30 if you have none of the cards (again, minus the Cradles).

I would definitely add in Wren's Run Vanquisher, and maybe some might of the masses. You could also throw in an Elvish Promenade, and a Rhys the Redeemed for some ridiculousness.
I agree about the Dragonspeaker Shamans--I run a deck all about hardcasting dragons, and those things become invaluable. Another possibility is to use some cheap changelings (firebelly, etc) and a cryptic gateway to get them out quicker.
Really good deck, I was going to recommend War's Toll as soon as I saw Kazuul, lol. The only other thing I might consider is Singe-Mind Ogre, who combos really well with Skull collector. Also, maybe some Terminates and some of the Ogre-friendly demons out of the Kamigawa set.
You know what deck this deck would suck to play against? THIS DECK, lol. Very nice, dude.
I'd also consider some Bright Stone Rituals--lets you drop the dragons on the cheap.
I'd also consider 4x Clones, and maybe some Soul's fire if you're stealing big creatures.
Keep in mind Braid of Fire's mana empties from your mana pool at the end of your upkeep step, before you draw. Also Desperate Ritual might be better than Pyretic, simply because if you have two or more in your hand, you can splice one onto another.
Flanking stacks, so Cavalry Master and Jabari's Banner can be great here. I love in my flanking deck taking a creature with 3-5 (possibly 9, though it's never happened) instances of flanking, attaching a Nemesis Mask to it gives all opponents (untapped) creatures -5/-5 until end of turn before they even block.
An isochron scepter with a glimpse on it gets super deadly. Also, Archive Trap is good, at least for sideboard.
Good call on Konda's Banner! I'm not a fan of Coat of Arms, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, lol. I built an elf deck around playing against people who run coat of arms: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549
I highly recommend you find room for: Wirewood Pride, Wirewood Lodge, and Wirewood Symbiote (ex. return Eternal Witness/Wood Elves to your hand to untap Immaculate Magistrate/Priest of Titania). I'd also consider Presence of Gond-- infinite mana = infinite untaps + presence of Gond = infinite elves; or Presence + Devoted Druid + Coat of Arms = infinite (infinity/infinity) elves.
Spidersilk armor might be good--keeps the Hydra alive, and gives it and all others reach. Another great card to combo with the Hydra is Predatory Urge.
I think you could probably sideboard the preserver, because many decks won't cause you to sacrifice. I also feel Treespeaker is not that great of a card outside of standard/extended, when there are cards like Archdruid, or even Priest of Titania and Elvish Guidance.
I have a buddy who runs shattering pulse with liquimetal coating--basically 4R, destroy target permanent. Also, to be a total jerk with this deck: -Liquimetal coating one of opponent's basic lands. -Cast Splinter. -See look of rage/disgust/disbelief on opponent's face.
With all the mana ramp, Howl of the Night Pack would be pretty awesome. Also, A Rhys the redeemed would be pretty epic, especially with a doubling season out. Basically reads: "tap 4GG, tap: quadruple your tokens."
lol, thanks. Utopia Mycon makes the combo simpler, the way I originally came up with it went: enchant Bramble with Whip Silk, drop Seton, Krosan Protector, drop Shields of Velis Vel to make all your saproling druids, and tap the two druid/saps for two green to get infinite saprolings. It was a bit of a convoluted combo, lol.
I'm a big fan of Broodmother, and have built a few decks around her. You've got a solid deck here, but a few things I might suggest: -4x Broodmother. She's not legendary, so there's nothing stopping you there besides the fact that she's a little expensive (but not too bad, she's actually gone down since I bought my playset.) -Bloodbraid Elf--you'll cascade into most of your deck. -there are a few cards it may be worth splashing black for--I am particularly thinking Kresh, Sprouting Thrinax, and terminates. All together, great deck. It will be particularly awesome in multiplayer games because of Broodmother's "each upkeep."
Chronozoa is a ridiculous illusion, especially alongside Lord of th Unreal. Also, the Mistform cards from the Onslaught block are worth looking at, particularly Mistform Warchief.
That's one of the great things about elf tribal is that many of their great cards are common/uncommons. I'd defnitely suggest Wirewood Pride, but also possibly Timberwatch elf, Wirewood lodge, and maybe some Priest of Titanias. Pretty sweet deck, though.
