What about sideboarding Detrivore?

I think the bloodchief ascension/mindcrank combo would work fantastically in here.

So your Skyshrouds are the only way to get red mana? I would think of adding either Quirion elves, or Wirewood Channeler.

Kangee, Aerie Keeper basically puts +1/+1 on your general every turn.

These are fun--I love running them against Slivers, vampires with Anowon, and others. Yours is a bit more dependable than mine, as mine is four colors ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=136697 ), but there are some awesome sideboard options for you, like Death Baron and Ezuri just as examples, and maybe some Runed Stalactites for them.

Angel's Grace will allow you to play even more of your deck, in case you need to. Worth sideboarding, at least.

I would maybe sideboard two champions unless you really need the forestwalk, and replace them with two more Immaculate Magistrates--the Magistrate/Warcaller combo is just too good. Cool deck.

I dunno about all that...Sprouting Thrinax is good, but it's rare that he wins games, at least for me. I would try to put in more dragonspeaker shamans. I also really like changelings in dragon decks, particularly with Crucible of Fire. Taurean Mauler is great for multiplayer, Chameleion Colossus can get really beasty, too.

Wolfbriar elemental would be good here, especially since you are putting out so much mana. I also find that Mosswort Bridge goes a long way in decks like these. My Wolf/Elf/Ally deck is here if you want other ideas/have any suggestions: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=175368

Have you considered adding Fire Servant?

Think about Wirewood Pride instead of Giant Growth...has the ability to get super nasty, especially on a taunting elf.

Since you dig the "tribal symbiosis" decks, here's my W/U Merfolk Wizard deck that accomplishes a lot of what is done here, though more creature based.

What's your thoughts on splashing white? Far more token generating options to feed Mentor/pump Wake Thrasher, that's not even getting into all the soldier buffs you could add.

Another possibility would be to do some sort of token generation, + Epic Struggle. Always fun for an alt win condition. I love my spore frogs, I also love using Knight Captain of Eos and sacrificing soldiers--between Nomad's Assembly, and my Cryptic Gateway/Stormfront Riders combo, I always have soldiers to sacrifice.

Cool deck--groundskeeper might be a good addition too, in case you have trouble getting a Zuran Orb.

I love adding Bloodchief Ascension in decks like these. People don't realize how much it will hurt until they mill 10 cards, and realize they also lose 20 life and you gain 20. :-)

I like to use Deathrender to get Raksha out quicker.

another great combo is liquimetal coating + Shattering pulse. 5 mana to destroy target permanent every turn, starting with lands.

I would look into some blightnings, they will help you with card advantage, and also sideboarding some Kulrath Knights, those can ruin so many decks out there. Also maybe Delirium, Demonspine Whip, and Goblin Outlander.

I really like Mirrodin's Core, infused arrows, and heliophial.

I don't really understand the Grimoire in this deck...I don't see any discard. Also, Nezumi graverobber would be really good here. You could also accomplish a lot of what you're doing here with some Leyline of the Voids.
