i disagree. Since this deck is based on Parallel lives and tokens, you will probably want them to get rid of the enchantment destroyers on arrest and pacifism instead of parallel lives and intangible virtue. they are only going to be running so much enchantment destruction.

priest isnt meant to stay out. he is 2/1 with heartless summoning, he cost 1red to cast and when he comes into play, you get 3 red. just a bit of mana ramp

Also saw this combo. Heartless summoning is out and cast Priest of Urabrask.

I would also drop the Mausoleum Guards, the Overruns, the Sword of Body and Minds and the Kessig Cagebreakers and put in 2 more Doomed Travelers. Also you are running 11 forests, 11 plains, and 2 Gavony's. you could possibly take your birds and elves down to 2 or 3 at most. That will allow for more Orings and other cards like arrest and pacifism.

Beast Within would fit here. Rules: Destroy target permanent. Its controller puts a 3/3 green Beast creature token onto the battlefield. Use it on doomed traveler with parallel lives out and you put 2 1/1 spirit tokens and 2 3/3 beast tokens in play. It is a great combo.

How often do you get heartless out on turn 2?

Why do people dislike ghost quarter so bad? It allows for me to get rid of my opponents dual lands, basic lands or things like Gavony. also if i get flooded with one color, i could possibly use it on myself to help get the right color out. Ghost quarter is the new and improved Tectonic Edge.

This deck, as stated before, was set for just block. Doubling Chant is from M12.

I somehow completely forgot about Mikaeus. He does need to be in here. Demonmail, i will have to play that one out to see how it plays.

Also this is the First of 3 blocks in this set. appears that tokens will be in all sets. That would be just more to add.

Maybe some flying for this deck would help get the damage in there.

Piston Sledge is probably the best artifact for Infect. HANDS DOWN!! 3 mana to put 3/1 onto an infect makes a infect bad ass even more bad ass.

Maybe use Caravan Vigil and Regrowth for the mana acceleration.

I might not see the point as you do, but it is supposed to be land destruction right? With Ghost quarter and land destruction on your side, they put out that dual land you destroy it. They have the option to search for a basic land but if you are holding, or have a ghost quarter laying in wait, they will seriously have to think about searching for land. Also if you are using Leonin Arbiter, they will have to pay even more to search for a land. The bonus to that is they have to tap 2 more mana just to replace the one you destroyed. Ghost Quarter is the new Tectonic Edge.

I made something similar but did not go with the snapcaster mages.

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=239616

I bought a box and surprisingly enough I only got 1, count them 1, Snapcaster mage. Entire box I tell you. The mage is awesome, I will not deny that. But like I said in the description, I would rather sell them and buy more cards.

I plan on using proxies for what I don't have to see how the deck will play out with and without mages. Also want to try it with 4 quicksilver amulets.

I believe that the Snapcaster Mage will be banned like Big Jace and Stoneforge Mystic. A card like that is hot but for anybody to be competitive, they will need Snapcaster to play.

Sacking stuff you cant bring back? There are only 2 permanents you cant bring back from the grave. Sphinx and Gideon. With those numbers, why not have 2 titans in there? there are only 19 cards you cannot return from the grave.

With Sun Titan's ability, you could keep bringing cards like phantasmal image back from your graveyard as a copy of sun titan and then bring another card back because it copied sun titans ability. On next turn, attack with the sun titan and its clones, to bring back 2 or more permanents.

Sun Titan + Phantasmal Image= crazy good combo.

Here is a question. Isn't having Moorland Haunt with a Sun Titan kind of contradictory? I mean if you have the titan out and are using it to return target permanent card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield? I would imagine that you would want to keep the creatures you have in your graveyard for that reason.

Why no Ghost Quarters? Rules: {T}: Add {1} to your mana pool. {T}, Sacrifice Ghost Quarter: Destroy target land. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle his or her library.

This way even if they have a dual land out, you can destroy it and have them fish for a basic land and you destroy that one too.

With the Amulet I can get the titan out a turn earlier at the cost of 4 mana. I do like the Doomed Traveler concept though. This will be something I will have to try out but I will add the Doomed Travelers
