If you decide you want another warrior for your 4cc slot, may I suggest Rubblebelt Raiders? They go well w/ War-Pride, because whenever they attack, you get to put a +1/+1 counter on them for each attacking creature you control. They start w/ a base P/T of 3/3, so even if you only had 1, attacking by itself, it would immediately bump up to 4/4. Glad to see a RG warrior deck, I have a similarly "old school" Naya one myself that's one of my favorite decks to play. +1, & thanks for the deck...will probably be going to check out some of your other stuff now! :)

Yeah, I've seen decks w/ similar builds (morphers + Mastery) use Sabertooth to good advantage, & another layer of protection for Sovereign can't hurt. Sorin just makes sense...w/ Sovereign, he can be your finisher. Looking forward to seeing the results!
Okay, I'm an idiot...I had it in my head that Leap was an instant...I think I've been looking at too many cards. It makes perfect sense now. As for Drana's Emissary, I think it's like you said...it just depends on what you find consistently gives the most value. (Me being me, as mentioned, I'd be concerned about Sultai Emissary blowing my gig w/ CoCo, et al, but that's just me...I don't tend to go very creature-heavy, so manifest gives me the heebie-jeebies.) Thanks for the detailed explanation! - hope you'll keep the page updated w/ your results!
...or maybe not, now that I went back to your other deck...!!! Some combination of Whisperwood/Command/Charm would probably be better.
Well, I'll keep an eye peeled. ;)
They might, but early game doesn't count as much in Commander. ;) No problem!
I'd personally cut Evolutionary Leap...much as I love the card. :)
Ratio for mana-sources overall is about 40%, give or take, w/ more allotted for MC/high CMC decks, as needs be. As for budget NBLs, assuming that by "budget" you mean under a buck (American), there isn't too much to impress. Buried Ruin, Moonring Island, Soldavi Excavation, Sand Silos, Saprazzan Cove, Myriad Landscape, Coral Atoll, Halimar Depths, Rogue's Passage, Mystifying Maze, Reliquary Tower, & Arcane Lighthouse should all fall in that range; Faerie Conclave & Stalking Stones are the only budget manlands I know of that are in color for you. (Also, you know I have to mention Cephalid Coliseum, if only for the flavor! ) As for what to take out, Silver Myr, Kraken Hatchling, Coral Barrier, & Grayscaled Gharial (& possibly Worn Powerstone) seem the least likely to make an impact. Also, Lingering Mirage is another enchantment that turns a land into an island; it can be cycled, as well. +1 on your deck, hope some of this mishmash helps. :D
Well, I've viewed all your decks at this point...not stalking, just saw some interesting ideas in the first 1 I viewed, & decided to see what else you'd come up w/!! While I see some good stuff here, this deck seems kind of unfinished, compared to the others, & I'm not clear on what your win con is. I've been wanting to build a deck using Sire of Stagnation myself, but haven't done anything yet where it fits...I might go ahead & try a 4C deck, possibly w/ some ramp...TemurB, GrixisG, JundU, or SultaiR, anyone? In the meantime, what is it I'm missing here?
This looks really fun to play, & very effective as well. +1.
Looks really solid. +1.
Couldn't agree more about the value! +1.
First of all, +1...there's a lot of interesting things going on here!! That being said, do you mind humoring me w/ some questions? My main question is, are there too many things going on for some of them to happen consistently? For example, w/ only 2 each of Evolutionary Leap, Impact Tremors, & Rally (all good cards), how often are you likely to hit them? Grim Haruspex would help w/ that, but again, there's only 2. :( Also, Sultai Emissary might cause you to miss CoCo, Rally, etc. Do you think the deck would be more consistent if you dropped the 2 Leap & added in 1 more each of Tremors & Rally? (I'm assuming you're using the latter to trigger the former.) Also, do you think Drana's Emissary has a place here? Her ability is similar Zulaport Cutthroat's, in that it causes life gain/drain, which would let you double up on that; also, she has evasion for attacking, which might ultimately do more damage than Emissary/trigger/Tremors. And as you say, you'd likely have enough scions being produced that even bumping up to 3 on Rally, if necessary, probably wouldn't be a problem. Anyway, these were just some thoughts I had...hope to hear back soon, as I'm really very interested in your deck! :D
If using Zada is something you feel strongly about, you can definitely do that, but as Dedwards said, you'll have to make some substantial changes to your deck to build around it, & the only way I can see doing that is by losing some of your landfall ability. You'd probably need to cut Omnath & 2 other creatures (maybe 2 Gnarlids or 1 Gnarlid & 1 Sliderunner), add another Zada, & cut Retreat to Valakut, Sword of the Animist, & Sylvan Scrying in favor of low-cc instants that buff. I'd keep Atarka's Command, for certain; Swell of Growth is good if you can keep lands in hand (your fetches would help w/ that); Titan's Strength, Temur Battle Rage, Sure Strike, & Titanic Growth are all viable options, as well. It's all doable, but you do end up w/ a different deck...so it's really a matter of preference & consistency (maybe Dedwards could speak to the latter). You probably don't want to have to rely on Zada as your sole win-con, though. It would be a nice finisher, but only if you can make it happen consistently enough.
In Commander, it's generally better to tutor for cards, rather than drawing for them. Demonic Tutor is the best; there's also Diabolic Tutor & Diabolic Revelation. Crucible of Fire will give all your dragons +3/+3, & Conspiracy can make all your creatures dragons. Cards like Debtors' Knell, Immortal Servitude, Dread Return, & Unburial Rites can help you come back from boardwipes. Dreadbore, Terminate, & Go for the Throat are generally better removal than Asphyxiate & Reave Soul (Dreadbore, like Ruinous Path, can also remove a PW). Dragon Tyrant, Hellkite Tyrant, & Mana-Charged Dragon all have trample; MC Dragon also has firebreathing, which you can tap any color of mana for, as opposed to just R. Bladewing the Risen can bring a dragon back from your GY directly to the BF, & make all your dragons stronger; Thundermaw Hellkite's ETB ability can "plow the road" for your flying attackers. Dragonstorm might be nice; should probably include Wear//Tear or some such; counter spells in your colors, if you want a few, are Lapse of Certainty, Pyroblast, & Red Elemental Blast. Replace Blossoming Sands w/ a land that's completely in-color; if you can, replace Esper Panorama w/ Bloodstained Mire. That's all I can think of at the moment, that Muktol didn't already cover...hopefully, at least some of it may prove helpful. Thanks for the deck, & good luck w/ it! :D +1.
Mono-G has never been my thing, but this...+1. :)
Also, in concert w/ cutting Become Immense, I'd seriously consider replacing Zurgo w/ Hooting Mandrills. You've got plenty of other 1-drops now, & w/ Mandrills' delve ability, you probably won't end-up paying more than 2cc for a 4/4 w/ trample (which also plays nicely w/ your Temur Battle Rage).
Don't mind saying that I'm jealous of anyone who pulled 2 Gideon...people who don't have an answer to him are losing games to him. He shines best in an Ally deck, but as you pointed out, his -4 is pure value in Standard, period. He'd be stronger in your deck if he put counters on, but a universal +1/+1 buff is nothing to sneeze at, especially (as you likewise pointed out) once you've got thopters in the air.
...Do you think they'll take a check?
*Outnumber. Krenko gets my vote, as well. Also, Mob Justice, Massive Raid, Dogpile, & Burn at the Stake all sound like fun, too. +1.
