Great deck Idea. First thing I think of is Amulet of vigor but that would mess up the guaranty cascade to Balance. As well I think Both Tezzeret's Planeswalkers and Tezzeret's Gambit has a place here. Core Prowler, Fuel for the Cause and Inexorable Tide are a few more cards with proliferate that is always great with Planeswalkers.
Artifact hate is gonna be a big problem for this deck you gotta come up with an answer for that as well. Maybe sideboard Thoughtsieze and have 1 swamp and a Bloodstained Mire, putting Firewild and Wildfield border posts to 3.

I just recalled a cheap version of Felidar Sovereign for this deck as a Win condition, Celestial Convergence. It's not modern tho.

Yes the leyline deals with Rakdos charm well. I just didn't think Blasting Station worked the way you mentioned.

I think you should consider -2 Lifelink -2 Whitesun's Passage and +2 Brave the Elements +2 Cradle of Vitality. Path of Bravery may just work here as well.

I'm assuming this is a budget deck, but if you decide to spend a bit Archangel of Thune and Auriok Champion will be amazing in here.

I agree with vaan104 you don't need that many monsters. Buried Alive should be a 4 of and Cabal Therapy is great at putting cards from your hand into grave with more versatility then your Imp which is what I assume it's there for.

I'm not a judge but I don't think blasting station will stop Rakdos Charm. Since you have to give a number for your creatures to end the cycle or else it's a draw. It would be at that point your opponent will cast the charm then your suggesting to use the blasting station which needs a creature to come in to untap it. I very well be missing something here. If anyone can clear this up I'd be grateful. It's kinda racking my mind.
Excellent deck BTW +1 from me.

Nice Deck +1 from me
A few wizards I would suggest that I don't see are: Arcanis the Omnipotent, Coastal Wizard, Cytoplast Manipulator, Daring Apprentice, Fatespinner, Master of Waves, Riptide Director, Serendib Sorcerer, Snapcaster Mage, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Venser, Shaper Savant.

A few of the Delve cards from Khans which have been spoiled like Necropolis Fiend and Shambling Attendants will work well once there released in a few weeks.

Who do you play with that let's you use 4x Sol Rings ? At least follow the vintage banned/restricted rules.

That being said Putrid Leach is a sweet 2 cast. Llanowar Dead could replace Birds while increasing zombies.

As well if you have a sac outlet in play like Carrion Feeder (also a zombie ) you can abuse Grave Pact by sacrificing a Gravecrawler for no downfall at all since you just cast him from the grave. Lotleth Troll also has nice synergy with Gravecrawler. Other then that 1 or 2 zombie lords like Lord of the Undead or Undead Warchief could go along way.

I guess I like other draw engines better like Rhystic Study, Standstill, Font of Mythos, Mind's Eye, Sword of Fire and Ice or Well of Lost Dreams. You do have a good point with the alternate win con I was just curious. Sword of Fire and Ice would be great in here BTW.

Other then milling yourself so you have targets for Snapcaster is Jace really that useful here? If it were Jace, the Mind Sculptor now that would be a different story.

I don't think the Gargoyle or Sentinel really belong here, I think there to mana costly for little benefit. As a replacement I would suggest Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Angelic Overseer or Deathless Angel which would all fit in well.
Sublime Archangel, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Baneslayer Angel Herald of War and Adarkar Valkyrie are all very solid Angels as well. Transcendent Master would be a good Human to add with Darksteel Plate being a solid artifact to consider.

This reminds me of a friends deck which drives me absolutely crazy annoyed playing against. It's here,

(Not trying to plug anything here not even my deck.)

I think you could make excellent use of Monstrous Fall in this deck. Probably take out Helix Pinnacle, unless that actually works often enough for ya.

No I mean in addition to the boots. If you want to put enchantments on a creature which doesn't have hexproof it's a good idea to always have a way to protect it. That ensures your opponent doesn't take 2 or 3 of you cards out of play with 1 removal, hence gaining card advantage in a round about way. Personally I would cut Benthic Giant, Glacial Crasher, Way of the Thief for 4x Mizzium Skin.

You need Mizzium Skin or some other way to protect your creatures from the dreaded 2,3 for 1. The boots help I just don't think it's enough with all the removal in modern. In addition if this isn't a budget deck loose the Guildgates for Steam Vents. (Guildgates are just horrible and shouldn't be played in modern in my opinion.)

I'm not that big of a fan of Door in here it doesn't have the instant power drop like Coat of arms. If it gave counters that would be better here but it gives +1/+1 not counters. It's gonna be a turn 4 or 5 card not giving you very much benefit till 6 in most cases unless you ramp into it while having sufficient elves left to cast. I would suggest cutting both of them and -2 Forced Adaption to +4 Ranger's Guile. This will provide some much needed protection in a meta game with so much spot removal.
Examples of some things it will stop are.
Slaughter Pact
Path to Exile
Lightning bolt
Deathmark
Smother
Doom blade
Go for the throat
Punishing fire
Terminate
Lightning Helix
Victim of Night
Putrefy
Mortify
Maelstrom Pulse
Dismember
Oblivion Ring
Sudden Death

My suggestion would be to change the mana base completely by -2 plains -1 forest -1 island -2 Glacial Fortress -2 Sunpetal Grove -1 hinterland harbor -2 Seaside Citadel +3 Ghost Quarter +2 Cathedral of War lands +1 Hallowed Fountain + Temple Garden +4 Misty Rainforest (Getting reprinted in Khans go pre buy a box!) The fetch lands and Ghost Quarters work very well to make your Knight of the Reliquary a huge power house which I would also suggest putting to a 2 or even 3 of.
Besides that +1 from me man nice deck.
