turn 1- Islandturn 2 - Mountain, Sigiled Starfishturn 3 - Mountain, Flamespeaker Adeptturn 4 - Temple of Epiphany, Aqueous Form, Titan's Strength, Spark Jolt, Tap Sigiled Starfish. That's 5 scrys for + 10 +3 from Titan's Strength attack doing 15 damage + the 1 from the Spark Jolt. This would be your best possible hand.
Where is Titan's Strength?
Any reason other then cost Glimpse the Unthinkable and Archive Trap would be missing?

I would also drop Wreath of Geists and add Basilisk Collar to get some life gain on anything and deathtouch on your gravecrawler is always nice
More draw is obviously a benefit in any deck. Best suggestion in modern for that in this deck is either arena or underworld connections. (In my opinion of course)
Less then Boros Charm
1.50$-2.0$ def the higher end of cost in a budget deck.
Drop Tormented hero. Diregraf Ghoul, Spiteful Returned or even Scavenging Ooze would work better in this deck.
I like the overall concept of taking full advantage of Purphoros ability however you have no way of playing him as a creature. I suggest Crag Puca and Ogre Battledriver for creatures and perhaps Laccolith Rig as an enchantment.

I completely disagree with that comment. Sorin produces his own honor of pures and lifelink tokens. He fits perfectly.
Aurelia's Fury fit's very well here.
I think Manamorphose fits perfectly in here as secondary way of casting Legion Sliver and Assemble the legion. In case something were to happen to your Manaweft Slivers.
I'm assuming the only reason not to have Geist of Saint Traft is the $?
