I don't like Dissolve in this deck personally, mana leak or remand seem to be better counters and they can be imprinted on the scepter as well! :) Hell I'd even recommend deprive before dissolve in your deck, but that's up to preference I guess and it doesn't seem good in a deck trying to play possibility storm... XD

Might I suggest the following to consider; Simic Signet, Helix Pinnacle, Darksteel Reactor, Magistrate's Scepter, Pentavus, Tezzeret the Seeker, and Contagion Engine/Clasp. All of these seem really strong in your deck, and wouldn't be that hard to add in! :D

The mono red deck does benefit from cruise, so I guess I wouldn't jump on the bandwagon since I'm running Mardu burn... XD Yeah I'd say just cruise is fine; if you went delver I'd make the deck have a few counters and run young pyromancer.

Yeah swiftspears are insane, but I wouldn't run more than three personally; they just seem like they can be pretty mediocre at times.

So you not on the blue splash either? Seems like pieces are going to be banned for that list anyways so I don't blame you... XD

Yeah the Baubles would be a good addition if you have too many zero cost artifacts and not enough threats (while right now it looks like it'd be the opposite, but whatever) you can cycle them to try and dig for a threat. Good point Lycandros... :3

Darksteel Relic as another 0 drop artifact to help with your affinity? :D

Matches Update:
Went to an 8 man modern FNM with this deck and took third, here's how the matches went.

Round 1 Lost to Zoo, only reason I lost this match is because my final top deck was a land instead of a burn spell, and he had 14 power on board while I was at 3.

Round 2 Won against Temur, deck was like over 100 cards, kid didn't have enough lands, wasn't really a match.

Round 3 Won against Gruul Werewolves, decent games, my deck was just too fast paced for him to keep up.

Cards that I have reconsidered: Magma Jet - This one just is terrible a lot of the time when I play it, never seems to do what I want it to for two mana.
Boros Charm - I have completely underrated this card for a long time and overrated magma jet, the charm is so much better because it is just four points of burn to the face for two. Seems good to me.
Monastery Swiftspear - In testing I thought this guy was absolutely bonkers, but the more I've been playing with more of this card the less I like it as a four of in this deck. Just too many creatures at that point for me.
Lightning Helix - This may not be the most aggressively costed burn spell but it has saved my life multiple times now, and I really think four of this card is where I should be at.

Moved one swiftspear from side to main, -3 Magma Jet, +1 Boros Charm, +1 Lightning Helix. I like what the deck is like right now, hope to get another good result the next time I get into a tournament!

@Zaklax13 Yeah that's why rakdos charm is so good, it makes splinter twin just lose outright. XD

@kmk888 I mostly have those cards in for their utility, wear//tear for leylines, rakdos charm for twin's massive armies, and smash to hose affinity while still racing them. Each card has it's job, but I guess they do overlap. I guess I'll try testing with 2 Dooms, but honestly it's really hard to get to three mana in this deck... X3 Actually the scry two on Jet is pretty insane, I've never had a situation where Jet hasn't been good; Jet you end of turn, set up my next couple draw steps, even set up the kill if I use it in the right spot! I've had it in my list since I basically started playing my original mono red list years ago and I've liked it since. It may not need to be a four of, so I may try more boros charms... :3

If you wanna check it out it's on my profile! :D Also mana leak may be better for you if you're trying to get your combo off so it is probably the better choice for you! :3

Magus is significantly worse than blood moon because it is removed much easier than blood moon (dies to bolt), but if you are looking for more creatures that would be good in this deck, I'd agree with Puschkin on adding them.

Yeah lots of white in Standard Now that I think about it. Right, and that's pretty key to winning that match up... Though seige rhino ETB again isn't that huge of a deal for them either... X3

Yeah thats a very valid point, there are a ton of creatures in the current meta... Speaking of creatures, how has AEtherspouts been for you? What match-ups would Glare help you in?

Aggro in the previous sense of the word, and aggro and midrange are completely different archetypes. Midrange is most of the meta right now, maybe it has gotten swapped around due to the last GP (I'm playing mono red aggro after the top 8 by a mono red player), but as far as I know most of the meta is midrange. If you're happy with your list the way it is, then I have no further comments, sorry that I couldn't be of any help!

May I suggest a great landfall ramp card, Khalni Heart Expedition? :D

Yeah Thoughtseize is such a good card right now, since aggro isn't a bunch of the meta (though I will try to change that... XD) it seems so good! :D What? X3
