Really like the the general theme of this deck. This deck reminds me of the old Hidden Horror reanimation decks except its being done in red, white, and black.
What this deck really needs is better cheaper reanimation than refurnish and and God's Pharaoh gift.
In modern you could use animate dead and possibly exhume. Unfortunately, standard is weak in good low mana cost reanimation spells.

Morty,

Evaluating what to cut is very much dependent on what you are wanting to achieve with your deck.
Sure you could make a deck that wins 90% of the time by turn 5 unless countered. But is that the type of deck you want to play in a multiplayer game? Does anyone really want to win because they tutored turn 1,2,or 3 (to find tooth and nail) and on turn 4 or 5 tapped for 7 mana and cast tooth and nail with entwine and win some janky combo unless countered?
Looking at your deck I don't see any janky early combo win so I'm imagining you hope to win through creature damage.
Do you want to kill your opponent with their own creatures then don't get rid of Gilded Drake maybe even add in bribery and desertion.

If you want to win with ETB effects maybe add Deadeye navigator and Mistmeadow Witch
If you want to win with theft effects maybe Zealous Conscripts and Duplicant.

My point is cull your deck so that is focused on how you want to win.
Recently I've found a big help to planning a deck is to take a look at edhrec.com and look the suggested cards for the various themes and commanders.

As to your questions.

The number of sacrifice outlets is dependent on just how much you need the sacrifices to help your deck work.
If you really really need it then do what is necessary. Make it 100% sure thing by turn 4 or 5.
But if you just hope to have it by turn 7 or later probably 6 to 8 outlets will do.
How may outlets is pretty much dependent on just how important is it in order for your deck to work.

Why did I suggest cutting Feed the Pack because you don't seem to have a focus in your deck to cast or make your creatures to have high toughness. I'm the type of player that would only put in Feed the Pack because my deck is easily capable of creating a huge (infinite) toughness creature early in the game.

In general, only include cards that work to support the theme(s) of your deck.
The exception are for cards that are good in pretty much any deck (sol ring, crawl space) and any particular card you just love to play because it is a blast to play in multiplayer and it fits in your deck.

Hi Yasova,
Maybe try to change deck to this template

25 creatures (drop ten creatures 3 low cost(0-3 mana), 3 medium cost (4-6 mana), 4 high cost (greater than 7 mana)
3 planeswalkers (stay same
5 enchantments (drop 5 any enchantments: Feed the Pack, Fool's Demise, Gaea's Anthem and 2 others
10 sorceries (drop 4;
10 instants (stay same
37 lands (stay same

Nice thought out deck. Might add 1 green sun zenith and take out 1 worldly tutor just so you have recursion in your tutoring.
The main hazard to your deck is early weenie wipes and you've got that covered with Eldrazi Monument but you don't have a way to search the monument up, so maybe add few enlightened tutor it also will help you find Presence of Gond.
The problem then will be how to prevent your tutors from being countered. City of Solitude in sideboard might help.

What type of deck are you trying to make modern, legacy or vintage? Type of deck determines what cards would be best to suggest.
Hard casting Emerakul, the Aeons Torn is almost always good but Mistcutter Hydra also could do the job

Mistcutter Hydra English
Creature — Hydra 0/0, XG (1)
Mistcutter Hydra can't be countered.
Haste, protection from blue
Mistcutter Hydra enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.

Good cards to help deck
Amulet of Vigor English
Artifact, 1 (1)
Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield tapped and under your control, untap it.

Seer's Sundial English
Artifact, 4 (4)
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay {2}. If you do, draw a card.

These also might be helpful
Akoum Stonewaker English
Creature — Human Shaman 2/1, 1R (2)
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay {2}{R}. If you do, create a 3/1 red Elemental creature token with trample and haste. Exile that token at the beginning of the next end step.
Embodiment of Fury English

Creature — Elemental 4/3, 3R (4)
Trample
Land creatures you control have trample.
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may have target land you control become a 3/3 Elemental creature with haste until end of turn. It's still a land.

Retreat to Valakut English
Enchantment, 2R (3)
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, choose one —
• Target creature gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
• Target creature can't block this turn.

Change Darksteel Colossus to Blightsteel Colossus because infect trample damage is so much better ;-)

You also might what to add Mikaeus, the Unhallowed
If you Tooth and Nail out Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Triskelion you can win game.

Steps to do unlimited damage to all opponents using Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Triskelion
with Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Triskelion out.
1. Remove all but one +1/+1 counters from Triskelion to deal that much damage to target opponent.
2. Remove the last +1/+1 counter to deal the last point of damage to Triskelion, killing it.
3. Triskelion undies due to Mikaeus
4. Repeat from steps 1 and 2 for infinite damage.

You will find casting white spells in sideboard very difficult because you have only one valid source, godless shrine, in your deck and your marsh flat has no plains to search up. Suggest you add more white mana lands to deck.

Might consider Blood Moon or Ruination instead of Searing Blood I've been given to understand land denial is good in Burn decks.

Really love that you have the whole Bringer set in your deck.
Bet you would enjoy putting in a set of Nephilim too.

Love learning a new evil combo: Maralen of the Mornsong and Ob Nixilis, Unshackled it's definitely good combo for an tourney EDH deck but its probably is too slow for a legacy, vintage or modern tourney deck.
Your adding Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond is the icing on the cake with ice cream.

Since your deck is technically not powered by all islands Mana Leak is good counter for early game counter.
The reason I suggested taking out the Talrand's , Aethersprout, and Dissolve was to lower the overall mana cost of your deck and thus make it work quicker. With the increased counterspells your deck has greater change to push through an early attack and to prevent mass wipes in the midgame.

Hi SheldonO54,

Like general concept of the deck. Sphinx's Tutelage cries out to be combo'd with Painter's servant. With Painter's Servant you can turn opponent's library to all one color and Sphinx's Tutelage will mill until it hits a land. Painter's servant also provides another possible artifact to Ensoul. Add 1 Painter's Servant and 1 Muddle the Mixture take out 1 Cancel and 1 Sphinx's Tutelage.

Since you seem to like aggro/mill here's my take on the idea

Hi rflower,

Interesting deck. Your sideboard is a little big, possibly post it as a separate deck?
I'm am so used to seeing counter spells in blue modern decks. You really should consider playing with more than just 2 Dissolve.
Suggest adding 3 Mana Leaks or 3 Counterspells and 1 Dispel. Take out 1 Aethersprouts, 2 Talrand's Invocation and 1 Dissolve.

Here's a faerie deck I'm currently working on. If being Modern legal isn't important use 4 Treasure Cruise instead of 4 Font of Fortunes.

Hi EscaperCZ ,

Happy to see another lover of budget decks. You also may want to check out NorthernWarlord decks he's been doing budget decks for sometime on this site.
1 or 2 Become Immense might be appropriate for this deck take out 1 Ranger's Guile and 1 shock.
Lightning bolt instead of fiery impulse shouldn't add to much to the cost of the deck.

The real problem with this deck is you only have 8 creatures with no way to get around counter spell or control this deck is to under powered.

Suggest you look at http://sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=95855 and maybe turn this deck into a modern version of it.

Would appreciate if you took a look at my budget green red landfall deck

Hi dknight27,

I like the general concept of the deck. The problem is other control deck especially blue with white will chew you up.
May adding Eidolon of the Great Revel may help you against blue/white control.

Suggest you make your sideboard lots of hate towards blue (Discard) and white & green (death mark) and may be add couple of Act of Aggression and Dark Betrayal or Graveyard hate into sideboard.

Would appreciate suggests on my unloved deck http://www.mtgvault.com/planestalker/decks/rb-modern-waste-not/

Hi Mangykobold3,

I hate playing against stasis decks. But I've slowing come around to loving to play them if I really want to win ;-)
If you want to win faster might try adding Eater of Days and Undiscovered Paradise.
Might also try Amulet of Vigor and Orb of Dreams instead of Kismet.

Hi Magichands,

Well I don't know if this is the most annoying deck ever, but do like the concept of the deck.
I can't help but think if you add Darksteel Axe, Swiftboots, Fortified Area your creatures become much harder to kill.
Maybe take out Redeem, Dawn charm, Soul Parry.

Here's a wall deck I made http://www.mtgvault.com/planestalker/decks/defenders-attack/
Would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
