Throw 2 in over 2 islands. You'd still have 9 blue sources and you only have 7 cards that require blue mana. The free pump on every creature you play is worth it.

I was wondering if anyone would offer advice on this deck, it will be seeing competitive play and playtesting it performs well, but if there's anything to make it better I would appreciate any criticism.

Over Cruel Edict? You already have Diabolic Edict, which is strictly better, and heartless summoning nulls your need to stall the game that long.

Have you thought about heartless summoning?

Yes. There is always a reason. Like Moat is over 300 dollars, because it shuts down half the decks in the format if not more.

I've offered advice on enough decks, but everyone likes to build budget, and everything that I'd say to put in is not budget. Which makes getting advice on my legacy/modern decks difficult because nobody bothers to even look since none of them are considered "budget"

You should mainboard Flamekin Harbinger, because nobody likes to deal with a harbinger that fetches a Chaser, having the chaser champion a harbinger, then they have to either deal with 10 damage, or remove the chaser, dropping harbinger back down to fetch another chaser.

Yes and no. It'll be just like thoughtseize. New one will be about 15-20 dollars, old one will remain at 40-45.
Just like reprinting Phyrexian Revoker and Pain Lands won't effect their prices.

I actually built a deck whose sole purpose in life, is to turn 1 Phyrexian Obliterator or Demigod of Revenge. This is the link;

Have you thought about cheating things into play?
Like;
-4 Steel Wall
-4 Chromatic Sphere

+4 Deathrender
+4 Memnite

Or something like that. Quicksilver Amulet, Elvish Piper, and other such things. You have all the land searching you need to get tron lands online, and you have wurmcoil. The rest could just be shenanigans. Like Eldrazi shenanigans.

Have you thought about Boros Charm? It has a lot of versatility in this deck. I'm not certain what to drop for it though. Maybe over terminate?

You have a lot of enablers, which is good, but kinda bad too. Have you thought about dropping some creatures and putting some more spells in and throwing in a few spellheart chimeras? I say this because throwing instants or sorceries out there well make you top deck pretty fast without card draw in hand, which is kind of what you want.

Offered advice on
Madness in U/R
You get to Play Lands
Mana Ramp Dragons
A few that I would like some input on. Budget isn't much of an issue on these until you start talking about cards that are 200-300 dollars a piece.

A simple strategy of fetch, swing, fling and repeat.

A turn three or four mill that is fairly consistent, but I feel I could do more to make it better.

Modern Merfolk. I've never built merfolk till now and could use advice.

Legacy Goblins, in the same boat as Modern Merfolk.
