Breaking//entering is a great card, 2 mana for eight cards, Consuming Abberition, power toughness equal to cards in opponents graveyard is also good. To really take advantage of Phenax you need defenders, maybe drop the Phalanx for Murmuring Phantasm or Frost Wall? I'd also make room for two more of the shock lands and a playset of the blue black scry land.

Azusa, Lost but Seeking?
Kinda breaks the budget, but show and tell omniscience to enter the infinite and play all the things? That's a turn 3 or 4 right?
When Sorin went to Zendikar to repair the seal on the eldrazi that Nicol Bolas was working to undo. I believe Chandra, Jace, Sarkhan and Tezzeret were all involved in that battle? And Sarkhan turned into a dragon to battle Chandra and Jace, which is always fun.
Detention Sphere.
Make it more focused? Could replace the Slumlord and pack rats for 4 of something big and stupid to fetch with Shadowborn Apostles, like lord of the void or abhorrent overlord or some other demon that is ridiculously powerful. Desecration Demon is big and powerful and only four mana, you can play him without sacing apostles. Could drop the mogis marauder for 2 more apostles.
All these rats and no pack rat?:P
I would say either the Chromatic Lantern or Sorin Markov. Sorin is just fun, there is no other way to describe his abilities. The lantern is useful in multicolored decks, however you have all the lands for mana fixing so I'm not sure if they're necessary.
Thoughts on Mirror Weave?
I'd replace Mystic with Birds of Paradise, possibly make room for Gyre Sage. Other than that it looks pretty good, have a like.
Chandra is in here because...?Gyre Sage is a thought, Evolves and taps for green equal to 1/1 counters on it.Could splash black for Corpsejack Menace for the doubling of 1/1 counters.
The new born of the gods Eidolon of Countless Battles would be pretty beastly in this deck.
Suddenly, Merciless Eviction.
In any ramp deck either of the elves or the birds is a staple. You have no turn one. You have three turn two cards that aren't really effective till turn three. Khalni heart is decent and with your ramp you could probably get it off the second turn it's out and possibly primevil titan turn four, but more consistently turn five. By then whatever strategy your opponent has will be well underway. One elf on the field turn one would speed it up by an entire turn, which is huge when ramping into a six or eleven cost creature.Take my deck where I have no removal, just a bunch of ramp. Turn four or five I'm swinging with at least 24 damage with trample, and that's a slow start.
Eh, my bad, either way, it's power is more than ten and it has trample.
Savageborn, Ooze, Mistcutter and Poly all use 1/1 counters, but corpsejack probably doesn't have room in here. Kalonian does benefit from Xenagos the first turn he can swing. Kalonian comes out, before or after xenagos, whatever, he swings for 16 with trample the first swing.Meant that as a reply, not a new comment, all well.
Have you thought about running Kalonian Hydra? I don't know what you'd drop for it honestly. He might not have haste, but he does double anyone that relies on 1/1 counters, and with Xenagos out it could be nasty. Plus Kalonian has trample which is something poly and mistcutter sorely need.Since you already have black in here, corpsejack? Doubles whatever you spend to put savageborn and mistcutter in for, and makes poly's monstrous cost 1 for 1.
A big creature ramp deck without Llanowar elves or Elvish Mystics? Or Birds of Paradise? Whaaaaaaat?
Running Mistcutter requires Nylea on the field.
