It screws non blue players, and cantrips. It's pretty good. Thing is I feel like this deck needs more . . . something. Maybe creatures? Also great as it is, lingering souls seems out of place.

plant/treefolk potato/potaato. If your problem with skinshifter is not being a tree folk then why is deathrite/noble hiersarch in here? If you don't want to use him, fine. But he fits doran like a glove and is a treefolk when you have doran, a rhino when you don't have doran.

I would use kami of the crescent moon. Also I would even consider walking atlas, just to get lands out of your hand faster because you are gonna draw a lot. Might I also suggest a couple board wipes? because playing against control and some combo decks with will do well, but against white weenie aggro or red deck wins, this is just gonna add fuel to the fire for the first couple turn. Maybe something like decree of pain, for the cycling effect.

as much as i love grixis good stuff this deck will be wide open until the 5th turn. That can get you killed. Also there are only 10 things izzet guildmage can copy, and he can only copy them if you opt not to play any of your high drops. Basically my point is the deck is a bit to slow. It looks cool to play though.

I feel like with the color intensity that phyrexian altar will be of more use than ashnods altar.

May i ask why its all singleton other than basic land? Do you have a 40 card sideboard to make it edh?

Indeed this deck could use a few more enchantments. And a greater variety of enchantments as well.

thats the thing. Thats $10 that you could save. Also slightly less vulnerability to bloodmoon. I suppose its just me and i like to budget things as best i can, but to each their own. I agree if we ignore money hinterland harbor is a good choice.

I can see almost no reason for hinterland harbor. Almost no reason. Why use it?

Might i suggest mikaes the unhallowed and hex parasite. Repeatable abuseable undying is quite the treat. Also the anti planeswalker capability of hex parasite is nice gravy.

Hmm, I would say there is no card draw, but to be honest its red white. You don't get card draw.

I get that you have black in the sideboard it just seems . . . excessive to throw in another color in your mainboard (blood crypt) for one sideboard card.

I feel like white blue would be better for this type of thing (cause propaganda) but thats not modern. Anyway might i suggest echantment creatures from theros? They are better than some of your creatures here and they are situationally better than spirit mantle. Also I would play oblivion ring over pacifism. Because chances are they already won't be able to attack you.

Yeah i guess. Though really the only spell i can think of worth copying would be a ramp spell by green.

Interesting idea. It seems very aggro.

Why reverberate? Why not just another burn spell? 9/10 times best thing for you to copy will be lightning strike. So why not just replace reverberate with a burn spell?
