So, petty good on a whole. Nice :D Can't be ready for everything, there's just not enough space. Maybe replace Gaddock Teeg with Reclamation Sage for 8-rack?

Thanks :DThis one is more of an experiment. I normally run a GW version with Pallid Mycoderm and Mycologist, but I seem to have misplaced 3 of my Mycologist :(
Nice Budget deck. I have one suggestion that will improve it slightly: Blossoming Sands in place of Selesnya Guildgate. They both enter tapped, but Blossoming Sands at least nets you 1 life, also, nothing in your deck cares about the Gate's type.
That's only for playing niche formats like Tribal Wars, etc. I've made 'tribal' decks that contain no creatures (spirit tokens comes to mind) and while it doesn't meet the Tribal Wars limit, it's still, for all intents and purposes, a tribal deck as my majority creature type while in game is Spirit.
Vorel can only target one permanent, but it adds an additional counter for each type of counter on that one permanent. Proliferate is the closest ability I can think of that can put a counter on all the creatures. Plaguemaw Beast sounds like it could do the job pretty well, just sac a Sapriling each turn to put an additional spore and +1/+1 counter on each creature. At 5 mana, even with Utopia Mycon's help, I'd probably only run 2, if any at all. Problem here is making space for it (maybe in place of Scatter the Seeds?).
Because replicate only copies the spell and you're not casting the spell, Guttersnipe and Young Pyromancer will only trigger once. Copies don't count towards Storm either as you don't cast them. Also, storm copies won't trigger Guttersnipe nor Young Pyromancer.
5 creatures (with at least one being green) + Intruder Alarm + Sprout Swarm = Infinite 1/1 Saprolings :P
Dammit, you beet me to it (I was going to say that)
Doubling Season is another one of those 'if I had it' cards.
Already been suggested and I've already given my reason for not including it.
I have 2 Thelon of Havenwood, though I'd rather use them in a BG variant that also uses Deathspore Thallid. Mycoloth is a little out of my price range as I've built this with what I have / can trade for. Not wanting to fork out money for side project, at least not yet. Sporesower Thallid is already in the deck.
Paradise Mantle + Blistercoil Weird is just genius. Nice job.
That's a good use of the self mill, nice work.If you want to use the Bitter Ordeal combo I suggested, I strongly suggest a lot of tutoring effects. Getting 4 cards for a combo is bad enough, but it's even more difficult as two of the four are the same (Myr Retriever). Altar of the Brood, Impact Tremors, etc. can easily take Bitter Ordeal's slot in the combo.
If I could afford to waste money on a side project like this, I'd definitely consider it. Sadly, I live in South Africa and the exchange rate is about ZAR 15.70 to USD 1
The Temple might be budget friendly in terms of $, but I don't have any. Still not sure if I'd use it over Thornwood Falls. Both etb tapped, and while one allows a scry (which is great), the other gains me 1 life (which is quite good too).
Don't have any, otherwise it would definitely be in.
Oran-Rief is obviously better, but sadly I don't have any. If I had, I'd definitely use it.
While not a Shaman, Reckless Bushwhacker works wonders with Burning-Tree Emissary.
I wouldn't know, haven't had a chance to test this personally. warcat1991 says he's played it, check the first comment string for this deck.
Terminate, Go for the Throat, and Murderous Cut are great kill spells, but Path exiles and costs one less mana, allowing you to play far more because you only need to keep one mana open. The basic land they get isn't as bad as you might think, especially against the Eldrazi Aggro decks which run, on average, 2 basics.
