For non standard, a couple Thousand-Year Elixir fits myr like a glove. Shenanigans can go off pretty damn fast

Not a knock at the deck, just that these types of decks are insanely fragile. Outside of some freak chance where you beat a normal deck with damage or something, which they are much better suited for, you are relying on a playset of one card to win you the game.

All I'm trying to do is make sure that no matter how many times I get counter spelled, extirpated or whatever, I have a card that pulls Battle of Wits back into my library or hand and gives it another chance. Worst case scenario, I should be able to hold off for a son of a bitch of a long time and deck the guy hopefully.

Needs more graveyard recycling. Two mill spells and you're done. Unless I missed something

That's my try at it.

I'd think about swapping out at least one more doubling season for Parallel lives, if not two.

Parallel lives is 90% as effective other than the devour, and you can get them out way faster for more effect

Maybe some Manic Vandals for more creatures and killing all the wellsprings, as well as some offensive artifact killing if need be

Walll of Frost and Fog Bank are two of my favorite ways to counter and early creature beatdown strategy with mill.

Gives you time, and time is all mill needs

These decks are pretty fun to play. You might be a little slow, but I'm not sure what could speed this up.

This is my "version" of a deck like this

Arid mesa takes two lands out of the deck for every one you draw. 1 life is nothing.

You're short one card

I'd suggest Tormod's Crypt for more graveyard hate

There we go, figured it out. I know this happened to me once and I almost died laughing (my buddy wasn't as happy but still impressed) but I couldn't remember how

Forest, Arbor Elf

Forest, Wild growth first forest, tap for 2, untap with elf, tap for 2, play garruk, untap both lands, second arbor elf, second wild growth on same forest

Forest, Tap 3 mana land, untap it twice with elves, 9 mana in pool. Tap the other two lands, 11 in pool. Untap 3 mana land and one other with Garruk, tap again, 15 in pool, EMRAKUL

I realize that requires a perfect hand and 2/3 perfect draws to work, which isn't likely, but its happened.
