I can see why...it is one thing to run 4 copies of Memory Jar in a 60 card deck.
It is something entirely different to run 1 copy in a deck that is 99/100 cards.
It neuters Memory Jar and Dilutes it's power.

Same with Yawgmoth's Will (what a damned power house of a card that one is!).

Yep, especially with stuff like Ornithopter/Memnite/Shield Sphere
And Mox Sapphire/Lotus Petal.

It gets him in and locks the board very early.

I strayed away from white...because damnit, white/blue control seems so very used!
Everyone is playing it.

I have thought about Scepter.
Scepter/Counterspell is probably more of a solid lock down then:
Howling Mine (draw 2 cards every turn) and Forbid (counterspell by discarding 2 cards every turn).

But I like Chronotog!!! He is a 4/5 for 2 mana! :)

You and my friend adore Echo Mage. Have heard you suggest it to Puschkin (which has apparently stopped looking at my decks, lol?).

Here is the Issue I have with him.
IF Arcane Laboratory is in play I only get one spell a turn.
I can't, during a single turn, play 1) Counterspell 2) Tap Echo Mage to copy it.
That is two spells.

Maybe I am missing what you are trying to say.

A few Jars and a few Yawgmoth's Will...and call it a day.

You are a smart girl, Possum, and you know how the deck works.
IF you pay 8 mana for Akroma THEN you are playing the deck WRONG.
She will never cost 8 mana, in this deck.

Akroma + Cloudshift = 4 mana
Akroma + Turn to Mist = 5 mana
Akroma + Flicker = 5 mana

Why the hell would you pay 8 mana for Akroma?
If you aren't being your usually sarcastic self, Possum, then you have truly missed the point of this deck.
Which I truly doubt!

Fyi: They are bringing back Morph, in Khans.
So, this deck, if they make some excellent white or red Morph creatures...will be getting new creatures.

Now Akroma is an 8 mana creature that you PAYED 4 MANA FOR!

Not to rant...but she is a 6/6:
1) With Flying
2) With Trample
3) Protection from White
4) Protection from Blue
5) Can't be countered
6) Built in pump.

All for 4 mana...

Congratulations!

But she is my win card.
The land destruction just gives me a little control/time.
Morphing her into a 6/6 with protection from white and blue (which is great). Can't be countered. Built in pump. Trample. Flying. She can win me the game usually the 2nd turn she attacks.

And Phyrexian Possum suggested me to run 2 copies of O-ring. I just...i don't know, set in my ways, can't let myself run less than 3 of any card.

Sliver Hive is a good pick.
Maybe add a 1 drop Sliver like Virulent or Plated Sliver.

I mean, it nukes any permanent your opponent has...and with you running Turbo Fog...the 3/3 creature he gets WILL never hit you.
And would consider 4 Rites of Flourishing.
