This deck isn't legal in any format, and it's got eight of one card.

Frankly this kind of carp (intentionately spelled incorrectly) is what keeps most MTG players from taking this site seriously. My friends consider this site and it's posters a joke. I see potential but damn this kind of carp* is discouraging.

of lands for a control deck and 4 more counterspells/removal spells.

4 pact of negation is to much try 2-3 I see why you run four what with all the tapping out on your own turn you have to do but frankly thats a really poor way to play a control deck.

This is how a good control deck plays it's turn out...
Untap, Draw, End Turn

Wheres Damnation and Tendrils? They frankly are what made B/U teachings the best deck in both block and standard.
Arcanis is big, slow, and easy to kill run teferi then search the one copy of arcanis via mystical teachings and pop it into play at the end of the opponents turn and bam you have card advantage.

Run 1 arcanis, tombstalker, shimian specter, no fleshwrithers and 4 teachings + 3/4 teferi and a draining whelk that will free up 8 slots in which you can run the necessary number

There are much better ways to build this particular archetype

-Dash Hopes is poop, the opponent will simply always choose the better of the two choices for themselves, and then you'll lose. Try Rune Snags/Delays
-Teferi is GODLY in anything running blue, I mean come on!!!
-Shimian Specter was only good in block because of Teferi and only 1 per deck, in every other format he frankly stinks.
-1 mainboarded extirpate will allow you to deal with almost any combo deck, if played correctly.

If I have to lose a turn of tempo I'd rather do it with a Karoo then a salt/frost marsh. Card advantage is king and 1 land that produces two mana is a meta-card advantage.

Check out my deck under "Zombie Assault"

-Your zombies are overcosted and underpowered
-Lord of the Undead and Gempalm Polluter are obvious staples in a zombie deck!
-The card you are asking about in unholy grotto

Ya, I can see that! ; )

This deck is just to slow and clumsy to make the cut in extended, none-the-less it's a cute idea.

There are better cards to get your bridge in the graveyard cards that won't require you to take a -2 card advantage. Personally I just don't see this as the right way to try and use bridge from below look at Narcobridge or Manaless Ichorid decks to see how the card should be used.

I will be critical! This deck will simply put get run over by anything remotely considered competitive for all the reasons Bill gave and many more.

-20 lands is insufficient for what you will need with your decks casting costs.
-The deck is underpowered, try looking at some life gain decks that work like Martyrproc!

It's a matter of math that and tokens comprise a decent chunk of my attack force a good deal of the time as a result Overrun > Tribal Forcemage!

Centaur Glade can pop out several 3/3 tokens a turn which wins games in a couple turns.

Try Ornithopter, Sage Owl, and Erayo Soratami Ascendant as they work really well in Ninja Decks.

Ronin Warclub is not very good! Sorry : (

Out of morbid curiosity what is a "Fast" deck by your standards?

This deck needs to get up to 60 cards to be legal in any constructed format. Most decks run 4 copies of most cards to insure consistancy.

Gaea's Cradle is banned in Legacy and limited to one per deck in Vintage, FYI

Troll and Asuza are way better then the alternatives, if you want some fat try Plated Slagwurm, Kodama of the North Tree, and Silvos, the Rogue Elemental!
