Affinity isn't played in competitive extended because of Kotaki, Boros dissapeared from the competitive environment because of sulfur elemental. There's a big differance between shatter and kotaki. Kotaki is a one card win condition against this deck whereas shatter would be a minor annoyance. What Yang would you use against G/W goyf that would be as effective as Kotaki or Sulfur Elemental? Nothing right because this isn't a simple matter of "how much artifact destruction are you playing.

The deck will do better if you commit to a single strategy.

Yawn!

Try playing homing and virulent slivers and a lot of cheap slivers. A deck with that combo alone will beat this deck everytime.

You should run just ten lands you can't forgo a deck just because your afraid of mana-drought! You should run only creatures that cannot block you shouldn't forgo a deck due to fear of getting beat down. You should run cards of every color of mana with multiple mono-colored casting costs like gravepact and kodama of the north tree you shouldn't let fear of uncastable cards forgo a deck due to fear!

It's not a few cards! When so many of them are sideboard staples in just about every competitive formats it isn't fear it's just common sense.

Kotaki/Shatterstorm would make short work of this deck!

Spark Elemental is NOT legal in standard just run rift bolt!

This deck could work OK at the FNM tables but looks like it would crumble under the pressure of a good control deck. to many high casing cost cards to really call it aggro.

Kdeep a phyrexian arena would slow this deck down significantly. Tribal Zombies should be looking at possible fourth-fifth turn kills. Gravepact + Nantuko Husk is amazing. Soften them up with shephards of the rot and gempalm polluters. Then throw out the Gravepact sack all your creatures to N.H. and let the Gravepact get rid of all there creatures. Then swing in for the win with a huge N.H.

On your turn pay for the S.P. and then play a forest and swing for 20 or so in tramplers. The beauty of this strategy is (with the exception of the one P.W.) every combo piece is good in it's own right.

With only four extra mana producers it probably wont be all that fast of a deck! Gaea's Anthem will shine in a deck packed with small creatures 1-2 mana not 3-4 mana. Instead of Akroma's Memorial try a single Panglacial Wurm and Summoner's Pacts. At the end of an opponent's turn when you have baru out activate the summoner's pact and search out another then while searching play P.W., fetch your copy of baru, use the grandeur ability to create another big wurm.

I added peat bogs to enable a turn two thrumming stones/brainspoil. Ironically I have never go this much feedback on a deck and this thing isn't even legal in any format!

I think you mean Shimian Specter and this deck isn't really designed for the current standard or block constructed it's meant more for casual formats with a slower pace.

Way to slow for competition but interesting idea. A+ for creativity!

Land Destruction is most effective whens it quick! Aggro will have played out it's hand by the time this deck gets going and control will have, well, total control.

overflow the opponent with creatures? Suspend isn't fast! That's why they could reprint the most broken cards in the game as suspend cards (example-Black Lotus to Lotus Bloom) with little fear of consequances. This deck is to slow to compete you will lose before you can get the deck going. consider cards that would hinder the opponent and suspend cards that are worth the wait!

Archive is symetrical and card draw is not the same thing as searching. consider transmute cards like muddle the mixture. I simply don't see this deck as being Fast by the current standard in extended, try going for reliable!

You can't do much for the first four turns? Games are Won/Lost in the first four turns! That said red/black has some good things going for it. Satanic Sligh was a decent deck in Ravnica/Kamigawa Standard. Black was used for card draw and red for burn/creatures. It would usually win in 4-5 turns, try to think of ways to cut the fat for this deck to make it more like Satanic Sligh!

sacrificing the coretapper would allow you to get 5 mana which is what you need to play the bringer of the white dawn. Without search cards this deck will be far to unreliable to be competitive. Big points for creativity though!

This deck isn't legal in any format, does it at least win by turn 4?
