Hmm ... I love electromancer, but he just isn't as good as spellkite or young pyromancer.

I would suggest battlefield thaumaturge. Worst case, he is the same as electromancer. Best case ... he makes Cone of Flames cost RR. Circle of flames is similarly amazing with Chandra's ultimate. In fact, it's good on it's own. Why is it not here?

Divination resolves (draw 2 cards)
Activate Words of wind in response to resolution of Divination, target Ornithopter (why not?)

Words of wind works like a Circle of Protection or Throne of Bone ... one activation per target source. If you had two of them in play, you could pay 2 to return 2 permanents to it's (their) owner's hand(s)

I would drop 1 Fortify and a creature (3-4 cards) for call to serve. It makes a dude a flying angel! Holy Strength is always good...

However, I like your deck as it stands. Drop the heroic dudes for some more humans!
