I feel that marrow chomper is a bit redundant considering the amount of life you will be gaining from the warden and the greeter, perhaps another beetle and another pawn? (The beetle will easily come to outgrow the chomper in time since it grows even while on the field and the pawn will provide you with more spawn and works especially well with the caretaker.)

1) Equip to hell's caretaker
2) tap: sac spawn producer a
3) thornbite staff untaps hell's caretaker
4) hell's caretaker pulls spawn producer b
5) It is still your upkeep so...
6) tap: sac spawn producer b
7) thornbite staff untaps hell's caretaker
8) hell's caretaker pulls spawn producer a
9) It is still your upkeep so...
10) Go To Stage 2

I would ditch skittering invasion for growth spasm, it is cheaper meaning you can play it earlier and it is some good mana ramp, also provides a spawn, I know skittering invasion provides 5, but this also grabs you a land, yet again decreasing your chances of a land draw when you don't want one.

I suppose, it sucks that you have a budget otherwise 4* doubling season + 4* spawnsire of ulamog + 4* gravepact

Consider adding
gravepact (sac a spawn, they lose a creature)
more perilous forays (empty deck of land)
more spawn spawners

Consider removing
phyrexian plaguelord(Does not make the most use of mana or high creature count)
endrek sahr (Bit rubbish especially with eldrazi)
Hell's Caretaker (Good card, not amazing in this deck)

Maybe some wayfarers baubles just to ramp your mana a little and make sure you have enough mountains in play to really benefit from valakut / extraplanar lens, also trims the land out of your deck increasing chances of drawing the good stuff.

Why door of destinies, your most common creature type is elemental at 6. And if it was intended for use with the Arbor... well Dryad Arbor is not a spell when you play it from your hand nor when you put a token copy of it into play with soul foundry.

You can't win if you are playing against more than 4 players... None of your creatures would be able to bust in someone's face... what you really need is a way of recycling your doors.

I would ditch uyo, the ability just isn't worth it, although I suppose there is no reason you could not use the ability multiple times, but I would not like to be in the situation where you copied spell a so many times you are unable to play a potentially better spell, more echo mages instead of uyo is my suggestion.

Ah, fair enough then, only things I can really think of to recommend are to make sure your lightning crafter can go onto any of your creatures and maybe some form of deathtouch (gorgon flail / basilisk collar for example) A small amount of mana acceleration would also be very useful since all tims are 3 mana or more and you really don't want to be open that long (counter spell requires your first two lands to be islands and removes your ability to play lightning greaves turn 2 and lightning bolt will only get you so far.)

You can't ignore the general can you, your Tims still have to take out the general before hitting the emperor, for all intents and purposes the opposing emperor does not exist to you until the general is gone.

Oooh, I like, good use of psionic gift and evasive slivers, the only thing I advise is to replace shadow sliver with shifting sliver, it would mean your slivers would be able to block if they needed to. Although it is a single mana more expensive.

What aspect is too slow, is it the mana or the rate that creatures hit the board etc? 2/3 of the deck are non creatures (although 1/5 of that can produce creatures) I suppose I could remove the Dead-Iron Sledge and stick in wayfarers bauble or something... Nemesis mask is still handy just for getting their creatures out the way while your poisns waltz on through... thoughts on speeding it up anyone?

Christmas present for a friend, routinely wins apparently, jeez but I'll go ahead and humour your questions...

One of each creature:- Each creature was chosen to promote as many colours as possible for it's mana cost with a few exceptions (Progenitus & lieges)

Choice of Creatures:- Because they are as many colours as possible they work amazingly well with coalition victory, dragon arch and pillar of the paruns.

Spells:- Many of the creatures have abilities, the need for spells is cut because of this, similarly spells won't help with having permanents of all colours.

Land Destruction:- Land destruction always hurts, against this I'm sure that remains true, however I have no idea if this has been pitted against land destruction since I'm not the one playing with it.

Decks it is playing against:- Well, the magic scene at Warwick university apparently has quite a few tournament players so I can only assume they know their stuff, being a Portsmouth university student I've never played them.

My claim it was excellent:- I never claimed it was excellent, I claimed that to my knowledge it wins on a fairly regular basis, as far as my resources have informed me.

Easier ways of running a five colour deck:- naturally, but this was designed around the theme of the lieges of shadowmoor and eventide so that point is moot.

Way too slow:- Magic is tending towards slower games for casual play nowadays anyhow what with the cost of an aldrazi generally being around about 7 - 15, furthermore if you look beyond a standard dual to a multi game where a bulk of the game is politics until you can win then that doesn't matter at all, even less in alternative play styles such as emperor or two headed giant.

I replaced heat of battle with contaminated ground, which works better with war's toll.

I play in very large games a lot of the time, Heat of battle is kinda there just so when people attack they deal damage regardless of blockers. As for the matter of getting me killed, the life loss would resolve before damage was dealt so potentially I would not die at all. Lock a creature, sit and wait, they won't attack and by the time I am ready to force them to attack I'll make sure they'll die for it. As for the issue of not attacking, what makes you think you have a choice, rather naive you thinking you have a say in which creatures you will and won't attack with really. (My main objective with this was to build something creatureless, including a lack of tokens)
