You may want to consider Brave the Elements.

That's what I was saying. And the chances of having two in your hand are fairly high. It won't work every time, but I think it would occur more often than losing the game because it didn't have protection from vampires, werewolves, or zombies.
Blademaster can become bigger though, so other than the occasional time that your opponent has vampires, werewolves, or zombies, Blademaster is better IMO.
That would definitely push it over $25.
My version of this only runs 20 lands and it does fine. Mine does have a few less 3-drops though.
In playtesting, I'm not incredibly impressed with Pyromancer either, but it does provide chump blockers so you can focus your burn on your opponent. Also, in some situations where you control multiple copies of Pyromancer and have some Rituals in hand, it can be ridiculous. I'll probably end up replacing it though.I love Vexing Devil, and plan to eventually add 4, but I'm not going to buy them; I'll trade my way to them. By the time I get Goblin Guides, I'll probably just build a creature-based RDW. Lightning Bolt is already in my deck of course.I don't think damage prevention/lifegain is much of a problem in Modern, but if it was, I'd use Flames of the Blood Hand. I prefer Volcanic Fallout over Pyroclasm. Thanks for your suggestions.

By the way, you may want to consider Familiar's Ruse instead of Mana Leak.
Ornithopter is still amazing with all the ninjas and Faerie Impostors in the deck.
I built a similar deck a while back, although my version had Pongify to use on my Ornithopters, Memnites, and Stormbound Geists. Cool deck.
It's still a 2/1 for one mana, which is the main reason it was included. The fact that it occasionally can become useful using Boros Charm or Madcap Skills (or if absolutely necessary, Ultimate Price) is just a nice bonus.
Legion Loyalist.
There's nothing to target crusader with other than Boros Charm, which would kind of be a waste. Hoplite is a good idea though.
Mill should be easy to beat. Beating control isn't impossible either; it depends on what type of control, and the deck's controller.
IMO, a 2/2 with flying and haste for 3 mana is already really good, regardless of how many burn spells you're running. I'd include Phoenix even if I was running no burn at all. But whatever.
He isn't so bad. Not as good as Ash Zealot of course, but it's good enough for a creature slot in this deck. It's always a decent target for Madcap Skills or Titan's Strength, aside from very likely dealing 2 damage right when it comes out. If it dies after the first few hits, oh well.Actually, the Shred-Freaks probably get through more often than anything else. Since it's one of the smaller threats, the opponent is always killing/blocking the Zealots and Phoenixes, while letting the Shred-Freak go, still dealing the same amount of damage as a Zealot or Phoenix.I'm not going to add Boros Reckoner, first because I don't have $100, and second because I designed this deck to be the fastest RDW possible, and Boros Reckoner would make the deck not nearly as fast. Haste was the theme for this one, but I have just about everything I need to build a slower style one with Burning-Trees and Pyromancers.Anyway, your deck looks nice. I might switch out one or two Temples for more mountains since they might stop you from putting down something important. Have you considered Gruul War Chant or Chandra's Phoenix?
That would take my deck out of standard.
There really is no reason for that rule to exist. If someone clutters up their own page, that's their problem.
This was before they made that stupid rule.
Have you considered Liliana's Caress? It may be effective simply because of the amount of cards your opponent will have to discard at end of turn.
