This is a nice deck and pretty similar to mine except I'm running a few more vampires and Basilisk Collar+Bloodghast is working out well. Take a look at mine if you like.

The only real suggestion I can make is to replace Corrupt with Consume Spirit. Its more flexible and is better in the early game. What if your opponent was has 2 life left and you only have 5 swamps in play? With Consume spirit 4 mana ends the game (3 mana with sanguin bond) but Corrupt will be a dead card without the other swamp or a dark ritual and even then it will be over kill.

Either way congrats on a nice vampire deck.

Thanks again ClockworkCopper I really appreciate the good input you always give. I agree with you that Basilisk Collar would work well with this deck and have put 2 in. Considered more than 2 but didn't know what to cut other than Culling the weak but I need to keep in as much mana acceleration as I can.

Sometime if you get the chance take a look at my deck "Into the Void" and see if you can think of anyway to make it better or better yet look at my deck "Zombie Trauma" its kind of a mess but is a concept i'm trying to work with.

I'll try to comment on some of you decks soon. You have a lot of really great decks but the amount of decks you've posted in a short amount of time is staggering! lol

Well the rules for a legal constructed decks are to have at least 60 cards. Your deck can be over 60 as long as it isn't too large for you to shuffle it on your own. There are some different tournaments that play 40 card decks, but you build them on the spot from fresh boosters instead of building them beforehand.

I recommend that you play with 60 because its the official rules and is how most people play. However if you are playing in a casual play group, as long as everyone agrees on the minimum legal deck size play with whatever you want. If coming up with the funds for enough cards to build a 60 card decks is a problem or your group just likes smaller decks then just play with 40 card decks.

Very nicely constructed Kithkin Solider deck. Fast, simple and has a punch. I have two Kithkin decks that you can take a look at and see if there's anything you like.

I don't know of much more that can be done to this deck that wouldn't just junk it up. It has a very linear strategy but it pulls it off with precession. This deck should run over most decks by turn 4 but without any disruption you may run into trouble against certain types of decks. Maybe you should sideboard Silence over Sunlance?

No problems, always glad to help.

No, unfortunately Brave the Elements does not protect your creatures from Day of judgment or from Wrath of God because those cards do not target any creature directly but instead is a "world" effect that states to destroy all creatures. I had a hard time wrapping my brain around that too but its true. Same thing with several other cards, like oblivion ring can exile a creature with protection from white because it says if this card is in play another card is removed from the game, so it doesn't directly target the creature. Once I found that out though it was awesome because I could deal with my friends Emrakul, the Aeons Torn deck. Even a simple seal of doom can take out Emrakul.
But very confusing either way.

The good thing though is that Hyena Umbra and Knight Exemplar will protect your creatures from any destroy effect so you can wipe your opponents board and still have all your knights left, or if only one Knight Exemplar is out and it does not have Hyena Umbra on her, she will be destroyed but will leave all your other knights alive.

lol I totally understand having hate in your deck for playing your friends decks! lol but any other time definitely use your side boarded Student of Warfare.

Lastly, I am going to recommend Light from within for you side board over Marshal's Anthem. Almost every creature you have is a double white casting cost so for the same mana you will give all your creatures +2/+2 and in my experience without some type of mana acceleration you will rarely have the mana to pay any of Marshals kicker cost. A lot would disagree with me here but I haven't had much luck running Marshal's Anthem in the past.

Either way your deck looks like a pretty solid Knight deck. Enjoy! :-)

LOL I just built a Knight deck yesterday and then today I see yours.

Anyway take a look at my deck for some Ideas. It isn't standard but can be easily made standard.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=145980

Personally I would drop Leonin Relic-Warder he doesn't seem to fit this deck. I think Student of Warfare would be a good replacement.

Also Hyena Umbra is way better than Seize the Initiative except that it isn't an instant.

Maybe 2 Day of Judgment instead of smite.

If you have Knight Exemplar out especially if you put Hyena Umbra on her then you can play Day of Judgment to wipe out all your opponents creatures and still have a full army left.

Other than that it looks like a solid Knight deck. Don't think you are going to get any type of counter spell in here or at least I can't think of a card you would use. Silence is about the next best thing.

Yeah this deck is almost standard except Orim's Chant, Wrath of God and Kinsbaile Cavalier which can easily be replaced with silence and Day of Judgment and taking out Kisbaile.

The group I play in is casual so I figured I may as well play the best of the best but its nice to know if I go somewhere else to play this deck can be modified easily.

Thanks for the comment.

You have 8 Assault Stobes in this deck. Not sure what other card you mean to have in its place but I think Brute Strenght would be a good choice. Or if you really want double strike Double Cleave.

Reckless Charge is a good choice also. It may be a better fit than Firebolt and it has a cheaper flashback cost.

Good luck

Yeah boros would be nice with this deck. I would run 2 of him and take out Brightflame.

Also Assault Strobe is the new and improved Double cleave so you should replace all 3.

Also to thin your deck and help with dual color -2 Mountain -2 Plains +4 Arid Mesa

Other than that nice deck!

Coat of Arms can really hurt you sometimes since it works for your opponents creatures too. Try Door of Destinies instead. It won't pump your creatures as fast but it also won't pump up your enemies creatures either.

Also you gotta put in 4 Death Baron. He is a must for any skeleton deck. Skithiryx shouldn't be your only intimidating card. A army of buffed up deathtouch and regenerating skeletons is hard to deal with.

Darien, King of Kjeldor isn't a soilder so its doubtfull he will be played that much due to his cost and no way to cheat him out, plus hes legendary so I would drop him to 1 or take him out completely.
I feel the same about Hero Bladehold since its not a soldier but shes cheaper and battlecry is awesome so maybe just take it down to 2.

I would replace the Coat of Arms because it works for your opponents creatures too. Try Door of Destinies because It will still pump your guys nicely but you don't have to risk your opponents creatures being pumped up too. Make note though that soldier tokens coming into play unfortunately will not trigger Door of Destinies because you are not casting them from your hand.

I would also take out 3 of your basilisk collar and put in 3 Militia's Pride. They pump out tokens so quick its hard to deal with.

Finally I would take out Benalish Commander in favor of 2 or 3 Elspeth Tirel.

Good luck

Thanks for the comments this is a fun deck to play. Thanks again to MrSpaceWorm.

I still haven't got to play it with the Smokes and Koth added (in the mail) but I think they will go great.

Me and MrSpaceWorm went back and forth over whether to include fire Serpent. Compared to the other trample haste creatures he has less punch per mana, but he has the ability to exceed ball lightning if you have the extra mana for it. Now that Koth is in this deck Serpent may have become better because I have some more mana acceleration now. I may give it a try now.

Hadn't given Firecat much of a thought because of his casting cost but I could see setting him up for a nice combo by morphing him the turn before, not sure if its a fast enough or consistent enough to be worth it.

Thunderblust is great too but I hate that he doesn't have trample the 1st turn hes out. If they have any blockers out that do have less than 2 power they can just keep chump blocking him and protecting themselves.

Thanks again for the comments and suggestions.

This deck is a cool idea but the way it is right now it will be way to inconsitent and will take you many turns to pull off and you have little to no defense.

Take out 12 of those swamps and put in some other acceleration like Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual and Bubbling Muck.

Get some defense like maybe Will-o'-the-Wisp that you can regenerate.
Vampire Nighthawk would help a lot.
Also Damnation would be nice in this deck.

Also add in some consume spirit or maybe Profane Command that way the Tutors aren't as needed and gives you more chances.

Also I think Blood Celebrant could do some good in this deck.

Ive played with this deck a few times and I still feels like it is missing something. It has no problem in the damage department but it leaves you defenseless a lot. Using burn spells on you opponents turn to zap creatures is its only defense now and I think it does need a little more.

I haven't got the new cards yet so I don't know if it will work out but I made a few changes that should beef up this decks some more. For a much greater defense I am trying out Smoke and to add extra mid to late game bite I am going to try out Koth. I am also playing around with putting in or sideboarding Dragon's Claw, smokestack, Kiln Fiend and Gratuitous Violence.

Here is what I am trying out right now.
4x Simian Spirit Guide
4x Hellspark Elemental
4x Spark Elemental
2x Flamekin Harbinger
4x Ball Lightning
Enchantments
4x Smoke
Land
14x Mountain
2x Sandstone Needle
4x Teetering Peaks
Planeswalkers
2x Koth of the Hammer
Spells
4x Brute Force
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Assault Strobe
4x Chain Lightning

Take out the Rootbound Crags and put in 4 Primal Beyond.
Consider Flamekin Harbinger over Fauna Shaman.
How about Assault Strobe instead of Flame Slash.
I think that might make this deck faster and even more overpowering.

Bravo to you and Pokemon for coming up with a killer elemental deck.

Yeah I think I will add Marsh flats to my kithkin too. One life isn't much for this kind of deck and I can see it speeding things up nicely.

May have to try out Cloudgoat Ranger sometime, I am currently using Armored Ascension for my big fliers but the extra kithkin may work out better. Not sure.

I am also trying out running Ajani and Elspeth just because they do both go really well with the deck.

Yeah I really love Goldmeadow because I can swing with a 3/3 on turn 2 (play Goldmeadow turn 1 and wizened or honor of pure turn 2) and helps set the pace for fast aggro.
Having said that, Figure of Destiny is completely awesome and will be better than Goldmeadow any turn except turn 1.

Trust me on the Path to Exile, they are really great and fast which fits with the deck.

Either way very solid Kithkin deck.

Galepowder Mage is a great card but I don't think it does all that much with Kinsbaile Borderguard. Borderguard says it has to hit the graveyard to make kithkin and galepowder removes him from the game.
The only thing galepowder does for kinsbaile is if more kithkin are on the table than when Kinsbaile came into play you can fliker it to come back into play with a few more counters on it.

I would take Stillmoon Cavalier and Cemetery Reaper out in favor of Zombie Trailblazer and either Gempalm Polluter or maybe Festering Goblin.

You also badly need Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Unholy Grotto.

I think you have some of the right ideal but you have the ratios and mana curves too high. In this form this deck seems really slow which is not what you want from an aggro deck. I'm sure that once you get a Door of Destinies out and start making tokens with Militias pride things become crazy but I doubt this deck can win before turn 6 and most likely wins on turn 8 or later.

I know you have Ballyrush Banneret in there to speed things up but it does nothing for most of your cards. Wizened is 2 white and kinsbaile and borderguard can only be reduced down to 2 white.

Also I have tried mirrorweave in my kithkin and out of 20 games I got to use it once or twice most of the time it was a dead card because it turns their creatures into whatever too so as offensive it hurts you unless you have many more creatures than they do. It works well as defense to shrink down big creatures to a token and block and kill but most of the time it didn't work that great. Your tokens will be tapped from attacking most of the time or at least they should be.

Take a look at my Kithkin deck. I know it has a lot more 1 and 2 of cards than your perfect 4x and 20x but it is very fast and is able to get around a lot of different strategies. It wins on turn 4 often and unless it is totally outclassed or I get a bad hand it will have the game won by turn 6 or 7 at the most.
