Nice kithkin deck. It is pretty similar to mine except I am running more creature removal and the best kithkin IMO which is Figure of destiny.

Kinsbaile Borderguard is probally the best kithkin for playing mass removal heavy decks.

Anyway check out my kithkin and see if you get any new ideals.

Or better yet instead of Darksteel Axe or Cranial Plating try 4 O-Naginata or Vorrac Battlehorns or Horned Helm or maybe Loxodon Warhammer.

That will give your Darksteel Juggernaut Trample and make them nearly unstoppable.

I second adding Gaea's Cradle and switching out the Birds of Paradise for Fyndhorn Elves. Depending on the format you play, replace the Mox Opal with a Sol Ring or 2. Also Mishra's Factory does look like it may fit well in here.

My biggest suggestion is to take out 4 Joraga Treespeaker and add in 4 Elvish Piper.
Then take out 4 Copper Myr and add in 2-4 Darksteel Colossus (to top off your Darksteel Deck) or when it comes out 4 blightsteel Colossus.

I would also consider taking out 2-4 Darksteel Axe for 2-4 Cranial Plating which should make for some massive sized creatures.

I like what you are doing in this deck. I have a friend who has been wanting to make a cat deck for a while and I think I will point them towards this deck.

I have a few suggestions that I think will make this deck even better.

Take out Cultivate and Explosive Vegetation and put in another Safewright Quest then take out 2 Forest and 2 Plains and put in 4 Windswept Heath. That should thin your deck down closer to 60 and help boost Khalni Heart Expedition. That should help speed the deck up and the life loss shouldn't really be a problem with this deck.

This deck is screaming for a 2 Hunting Grounds and 1 Mask of Memory.

Take out Nacatl Savage, Mirri, Cat Warrior 1 Accorder's Shield and put in 3 Enlightened Tutor.

Thanks for the comment, your deck looks pretty neat. What turn do you usually win on with this deck?
Also why aren't you running 60 card decks?

I have been considering the Samian Spirit Guides, I may try them out soon. All lightning and Brute force are great, or better yet Ball lightning and Assault Strobe. But my girlfriend wants to stray away from creatures so I haven't been running them.

May try running a Grim Lavamancer in there too.

I personally think Fireblast is going to help me more than Seismic Assault just because I can sacrifice my lands after tapping out for big damage quick.

Thanks for the advice.

Check out my Kithkin deck by the way you may find some new tricks for your deck.

If you haven't seen the new Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, he is pretty great and may find a home in this deck.

Also Brainstorm works a lot better with Doomsday than ponder and its an instant.

May consider 4 Demonic Tutors instead of Fabricate.

Or take out the Peat Bog and Saprazzan Skerry in favor of 4 Seat of the Synod and 4 Vault of Whispers and then run Tinker.

Agreed, Tezzeret would be better. Or just wait a few weeks for Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas to come out and he will be perfect for this deck.

Have you considered aftifact lands or the esper land Arcane Sanctum.

I would drop the Vedalken Outlanders in favor of 2 Tidehollow Strix.

You need some dual lands if you want this deck to be as fast as possible. They also give you a better chance of getting out Ball lightning and Groundbreaker if you choose to use them in this deck. But playing any triple color card in a multicolored deck is a challenge and can be very frustrating.

Wooded Foothills
Taiga
Rootbound Crag

Assault Strobe is GREAT with trample.

Get rid of Shock, Blazing Salvo and 1 Burst Lightning and then put in 3 Assault Stobes and 4 Chain Lightnings.

I would take out a few Blitz Hellions in favor of Lightning Serpent
and or Skizzik.

Good luck and I hope you get this deck souped up and make your friends jaw drop when you come out with a easy turn 4 winning deck.

Yeah Leyline of the Void and Helm of obedience is the fastest infinte mill combo I know of but its all about luck. If leylin is in your opening hand its better than painter and grindstone but if its not in your opening hand it cost a lot more.

Turn 1 win
Opening hand 1 swamp, 2 dark rituals, Leyline of the void and Helm of obedience and any other 2 cards.

Play leyline at game start, then on your turn play Swamp, dark rit, dark rit, giving you 5 mana in your pool then play Helm for 4 and pay 1 for its X cost and you win.

I have yet to pull a turn 1 but have had many turn 2 wins with my deck.

I really like the looks of your Kithkin deck. I think Kithkin are pretty underrated and are better than they initially appear to be.

We have pretty similar decks and I may have to try out Silence for some opponent disruption.

Are you using Marsh Flats just to thin out your deck? How has that worked out for you? Is it worth the life loss?

I would suggest taking out the Windbrisk Heights, I used to run them and have pulled out some neat combos with them on occasion. However most of the time they just seemed to slow the deck down too much and sometimes I would draw 2 or 3 good cards that I didn't want on the bottom of my deck . Also with such low mana costs on my cards I usually could play them straight out easier than I could play them with the Windbrisk Heights.

Also consider replacing the Unmakes with Path to Exile. Its the best overall creature removal for white in my opinion and giving you opponent an extra land usually works out better than waiting for 3 lands to play unmake with. Also Silence can keep them from using that newly acquired land. There is also always Swords to Plowshares which is great for early game removal but not so much when their creatures are getting big.

I also ran Ajani Goldmane for a while in my deck and the second ability does go well with the deck but I have found Elspeth, Knight-Errant to be a more useful planeswalker for this deck. They both work well and it may be worth it to run 1 of each so you don't have to worry about holding an ajani in your hand and not being able to play it because one is already out.

Also I have never tried running Cloudgoat Ranger but it just doesn't seem like the best card for a straight kithkin deck and its expensive. For a 5 mana card I would rather run the other version of Elspeth, a Elspeth Tirel. Or a better replacement may be some Armored Ascension or 3 Goldmeadow Stalwart. Having one or 2 Goldmeadow Stalwart in your opening hand is awesome for aggro and as far as I can think of its the best or one of the best 1 mana drop with the least negative trade off in the game. (if your running a kithkin deck at least)

Good job and good luck and if you would like to take a look at my deck the url is below.

I used to have it in this deck before I changed a lot of things and took it out because it usually only saw play later in the game (turn 5 or later) and I wanted this to be as fast as possible, but I think It may be worth putting back in especially because of how well it works with Milita's Pride.

I could easily take out one of my 1 of creatures for at least one door.

Thanks for reminding me to go find that card and put it back in and see how it runs with my updated deck.

This in incorrect you can not sacrifice an enchantment just because you want to. You can sacrifice at instant speeds but you must have another card that lets you sacrifice it or the card must read that you can sacrifice it.

If I am wrong could you please direct me to the rule that states otherwise? If true it would change the game for me a lot.

I would drop Doom blade, Sign in blood in favor of Dark Ritual and Sanguine Bond. Maybe drop 2 Duress and take Captivating Vampire down to 2 or 3 and add in Vampire Nocturnus and maybe Sorin Markov.

Looks like a pretty nasty vampire deck.

This is kinda close to my combo mill deck but I don't have it posted yet. Since you are running Leyline of the void you should put in Helm of Obedience for another infinite mill option. Helm of Obedience says to continue milling until X cards enter the battlefield and Leyline keeps them from entering the graveyard so they mill the whole deck. Also once you get a painters servant out if you name the color red then Blue Elemental Blast suddenly becomes a super powerful card.

Good luck, my friends all hate my mill deck. :-)

This deck looks really good for your format.

Format aside this deck could do great with a set of Great Furnace and Isochron Scepter to attach a shatter too and just start blasting everything with the liquid coating.

Kithkin are one of my favorites, mostly because my play group all hate getting beat by "the Hobbits" but can't deny how good they are.

Ill post my Kithkin deck on here and comment more when I have time.

For now you need to edit your deck to get the cards input correctly so that it shows 3 x Oblivion Ring instead of having it entered multiple times as 1 x Oblivion Ring, 1 x Oblivion Ring, 1 x Oblivion Ring. Ect.

Also you are counting too much on life gain, I think kithkin and white weenie in general do best as super fast agrro.

Just taking a quick look I think you should take out Angelic Chorus and Arrest and put in 3 or 4 Path to Exile. You also need 2 more Wizened Cenn and 4 Figure of Destiny. I would drop 2 Holy Strengths and Pariah and put in 3 Honor of the Pure.

Ill suggest more later.
Good luck
