Being 5 color, it is imperative to get your mana straight and get Sliver Overlord out asap. Once Sliver Overlord is out, start using it's ability to hunt slivers from your deck. I try to pull slivers to best exploit opponent weaknesses. Sliver Hivelord and/or Crystalline Sliver are usually the first ones out after the commander emerges just for their defensive nature. Then begin exploitation. This deck doesn't work against the top tier, turn two and you die decks but what does?
