The best and cheapest way add to your deck now is to find the best cards in your deck and order them online. Shop around though, you can find some great deals.

I like the list. Your twin machup seems ok with the hand attack, your sb against mono red seems good. Only three anti affinity cards though. And If your midrange you could swap two lands for some ghost quarters for tron...Maybe even swapping out tech edge or running both.

So I would expect vortex to do between nine and twelve damage in this deck. What do you think?

btw, if you caste fireball or balefire with kaho, you can't change the cost, and they have a CMC of 1 so you can only ever pay one, and deal 0 damage with the fireball and banefire.

black lotus, mox sapphire , ancestral recall.

Time twister also really works in this deck, as your playing the time warp and all the draw you may as well add panoptic mirror, tolarian academy. Also mox opal as your going to have allot of metalcraft.

If your adding metalcfraft you may as well make one or two of your lands darksteel forge.

To add those cards id take out two of the transmuters all of the sculptor, all of the spears.

also if your playing transmuter drop one wurmcoil and add a blight steel, and drop a forge for some lightning greaves.

Your a bit soft on removel. But it could be ok.

And even if you don't care about rules like this, playing with four would be far too oppressive in any play group
