Seems a little fragile for legacy. Whats your plan for the T2, show and tell blightsteel? Because right now that deck is around allot. Also the budget deck of the format death and taxes seems to be a good matchup for you, seeing as it runs a playset of wastelands.

I'm not knocking the deck, or saying its awful, its just you put the legacy tag on there, so I assume its meant to be played against other legacy decks.

So is this a real deck?

The help you get with this deck really does depend on what you want to spend.

The main cards you want for this deck to replace despise and duress are thoughtseize inquisition of kozlek. These cards are upgrades most of the time but depending on your matchup you will want to swap these cards around, so keep despise and duress in the side.

From there you probably want to replace read the bones with smallpox, and run 4 U/B pain lands and 4 U/B buddy lands to be able to splash think twice, taking out one sign in blood one waste not and one hypnotic Spector for this..

I would also drop tombstalker for some copies of either bloodghast expensive to buy and trade for) or Despoiler of Souls who is cheap to buy or trade for.

Painful quandary is just too expensive for you to be able to cast really... so I would get that out of the sideboard, unless your playing a multiplayer then the fact there is less aggression aimed at you and the fact that its political could come in handy, but for any kind of competitive play id remove it entirely.

Personally I would also remove all the distress and add two shrieking affliction and two ravens crime. If you choose to add the ravens crime you can also add two copies of drakmoor salvage, to be able to retrace ravens crime when you need to.

The one card that made this deck great in standard was Stoke the Flames, when you have ascendancy and 4 creatures on the field then its, free and only costs you half a card!

I would replace pearl lake and charmbreaker with raise the alarm, and try and get your hands on some think twice, and put those in instead of the firemind's insight.

Please remember that the mana produced by braid of fire has to be used IN YOU UPKEEP and NOT IN YOUR MAINPAHSE ONE.

The only thing in this deck that can use this mana, as far as I can see is bolt. Having some shimmer myr and artifacts would be usfull, aswell as having something like though the breach.

I would not do it until we get the enemy battle lands from oath of the gatewatch, then I'd replace 4 mountains with those. ??

Kolagons command for tge side? Discard edict seems good vs the abzan decks?

I guess you just sb it out in the mirror and put in pierce?

With all the new utility lands id say play some reefs, Id also say play all the fetches you can and play cruse to fill up the grave as fast as you can. I don't think the thinning will affect you that much.
