Opps I miss counted my lands. Deck should be White Trash Deck 26 Spells 4 Swords to Plowshare 2 Crusade 4 Honor the Pure 4 Balance 4 Zuran Orb 4 Land tax 2 Congregate 16 Creatures 2 Field Marshal 4 Elite Vanguard 4 Akrasan Squire 4 Ajani's Pridemate 2 Veteran Swordsmith 18 Lands 4 Daru Encampment 14 Plains Note: Balance + Zuran Orb can be awesome = a possible Wrath of God and Armageddon for just 2 mana

hI metalfeveer, You asked me to look at your deck. Its an ok deck. But since it seems not to be a type 2 standard I'd use some more powerful cards available in white. Here my take on a trash (not legal in any format0 soldier deck with out the expensive vintage cards. Key cards added are balance, land tax, and zuran orb. White Trash Deck 4 Swords to Plowshare 4 Crusade 2 Congregate 4 Honor the Pure 4 Daru Encampment 4 Field Marshal 4 Elite Vanguard 4 Akrasan Squire 4 Ajani's Pridemate 2 Veteran Swordsmith 4 Balance 4 Zuran Orb 4 Land tax 22 Plains Hope this helps. May you always make your own good luck.
Once a deck has over 80 or more cards you really need to put in tutors to have any hope for consistancy. Add 4 Vampiric Tutor, 4 Diabolic Tutor, 4 Diabolic Intent and more mutli-color lands and moxes. Mana sources should be at least 33% of deck.
Any better ideas for what to do with infinite any colored mana or infinite creatures instead of comet storm and goblin bombardment?
Glad you like the use Chalice of Void. I also put it to similiar use to prevent countering of combos in my legacy land destruct deck Bye Bye Land Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=140045
Hi Stelmar, I'm not sure what you are referring to when asking doesn't it have summoning sickness. I assume you are referring to the the token squirrels, if so, yes the squirrel's have summoning sickness and won't be able to attack until next turn which is why I have goblin bombardment so squirrel's may be used same turn they are created to do damage if goblin bombardment is in play.
The wording for Grapeshot is Grapeshot Sorcery, 1R (2) Grapeshot deals 1 damage to target creature or player. Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.) The question is: Is a spell that is cast by player, but later countered count towards being a spell that was cast. I would argue it counts because the exact wording is "for each spell cast" it doesn't say for each spell played. But I bow before who ever knows what is Wizards of the Coast judges ruling is. Anyone know?
Hi anxiousCadet, Hmm no where do I state that my deck creates "infinite squirrel's in one turn". (Did you really mean to say "on turn one"?) Unless they have changed the wording on the cards recently, Earthcraft and Squirrel Nest has been a well known infinite combo for a long time. Here is how it works: "With Earthcraft in play and the squirrel nest enchanting one of your lands, tap the nested land and make a squirrel token. Tap the squirrel token to untap the nested land with Earthcraft. Repeat this until for "infinite" squirrel tokens. " Taken from http://www.magicdeckvortex.com/COMBOS_INFINITE_creatures.htm
If you'd like to see a Legacy Legal version of the this deck that also is near to tourney worthy check out my Infinite Capsize deck at Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=162369
It is a pit that earthcraft is banned. But in casual group game play which this deck is built for it's fine.
Martyred Rusalka Scorched Rusalka Starved Rusalka 4 Enduring Renewal 4 Asnod's Altar 4 Enlightened Tutor 2 Academy Rector and maybe some artifacts to change coloress mana into colored mana Just add some lands fix card count and you're done you just created an Enduring Rusalka Deck
Easy fast way to infinite green or red mana Maze of Ith + Argothian Elder + 1 Taiga or different way with for infinite any color mana Wirewood Lodge + Argothian Elder + 1 land with Fertile Ground on it so see these concepts in action please see my Infinite Capsize Deck Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=162369
Yeah its a good idea. Done.
Some ideas Ashnod's Altar + Enduring Renewal + Zero casting cost creature = infinite mana, but more importantly infinite creature creation and infinite artifact creature destruction infinite creature creation + glimpse of nature = infinite card draw infinite creature creation + soul warden or essense warden = infinite life infinite artifact destruction + Discipline of the Vault = infinite damage to target opponent ashnod's altar + 2 myr retrievers = infinite creature creation and destruction So really don't need enduring renewal just 2 myr retrievers and a discipline of the vault see my Ashnod's Altar of Dementia for my filling out of above ideas Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=157277
Thanks for comment. Your deck looks good should make up and coming soon.
Yup. This is a very fragile deck. I just take it out for the fun of casting 50 creatures in one turn
I was playing with this deck and noticed that maybe 1 or 2 Haunting Echoes might be nice in this deck. What do you think? And what should I take out if I do?
What only 3 Sol Ring? If you're going to play multiple brokeness go all the way!!! Play 4 Sol Rings. But don't play more than 4 that would be silly ;-))
Looks pretty solid. Not sure if you need to run 26 land maybe 24 would work too and thus enabling you to add 2 Summoning Trap for example.
Minor Points Reduce deck down to 60 cards unless playing in a group game format. Try to fit 1 or 2 Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon into the deck maybe take out Flesh Eater Imp.
