Venser's Journal would be good (or at least a Spellbook or Reliquary Tower)

Go goblins! You have a fast, aggressive deck here, which means you don't need to have as many lands (your spells are cheap, and you want games to be fast). I'd take out at least 2 mountains, maybe 3 or 4. On a similar note, Furyborn Hellkite is way too expensive for this deck, despite its awesomeness.

Skinrender's a removal spell attached to a creature, which is even worth considering in non-zombie decks. I'd consider running it, as you're low on removal spells.

But more importantly, add Mindcrank to deal infinite damage with a charged Bloodchief Ascension. =D You might need to revamp the deck a bit and add direct damage spells to make sure you can get the ascension charged, though.

I recommend Mogg War Marshall & Quest for the Goblin Lord. =)

Straightforward and bashy, but definitely hampered by the manabase. Ball Lightning is RRR, Groundbreaker is GGG, and they're integral to your strategy. Put the elixirs in your sideboard, bring Manamorphose up to 4 copies, and then find room for colorfixers of your choice - Birds of Paradise, GR lands, or land search as you prefer.

Personal Sanctuary doesn't protect you from Manabarbs if you need to burn a creature on your opponent's turn. Hedron Field Purists are more thorough and protect creatures as well, but might be too expensive to bother with. Your call.

I'd be careful with nickbooth's suggestion to add white removal, since the red removal you already have works better with bloodthirst. Depending on your metagame you might want to add a way to deal with noncreature threats, at least in your sideboard.

An alternate route would be to remove the white splash altogether - 6 cards just might not be worth it. You could still keep manabarbs and just rush to the finish line. =D Quest for Pure Flame and maybe Valakut could help you there.

The milling subtheme here seems a little out of place, given you have titans as your win condition. Perhaps replace Jace's Erasure and Horrifying Revelation with counterspells & targeted discard? I'm liking how well this fits the theme but stays an effective control deck.

Since Luminarch Ascension is your win condition, I would replace the Adarkar Wastes with a UW land that doesn't deal you damage. Also, consider Into the Roil as a way to deal with onboard threats, including noncreatures.

Thank you for accepting the challenge, and congratulations on your 200th deck! =D

I'm glad my major is awesome enough to dramatize in Magic.

Hi! I'm commenting on the decks posted on the "Advertise!" page. ( http://tinyurl.com/3blvgy6 ) Return the favor by commenting on any of my decks and/or the other advertised decks. My GW landfall deck is probably the most similar to this if you want to check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=153141

You'd get to play your expensive spells a lot more often if you put in more ramp. I would take out (3xEmerge Unscathed, 3xSmite) and replace them with 5 more ramp spells (bringing you down to 60 cards). You'll want all the mana you can muster, so I'd also take out all 3 Tectonic Edges and replace them with other lands.

If you're willing to revamp the creatures as well, you could replace the smaller creatures with Overgrown Battlement + Wall of Omens & other good defender creatures, which would provide you with even more mana as well as defense until you can get your massive creatures out.

Isn't Phyrexian Obliterator rather black-intensive? Especially with the Crucible of Worlds, Wasteland, Buried Ruin, and the Tabernacle, it seems your first priority wouldn't be to get 4 black sources.

I strongly recommend Vent Sentinel in this deck, if you don't mind having a slightly less wall-like defender creature.

I like it, you have enough burn and speed that you don't need to give your creatures any evasion. I'd have suggetions but it looks like you're keeping to Standard. Well done. =)

Like I said, I can't decide whether to replace the dragonauts with a souleater. The only problem with the souleater is it has bad synergy with the other phyrexian mana cards - if I cast gitaxian probe or mutagenic growth, winning with the souleater becomes harder.

I'm traveling until July anyway, so I have time to decide. :P

You should put in Mirror Entity to give all your non-changeling creatures the boost as well!

Thanks for accepting my challenge! I'd suggest using a few BW dual lands for Possessed Nomad's threshold ability, and maybe Valor.

Thanks for the ideas - I've added Isolation Cell and Soul's Attendant to my "Summon to Slaughter" deck. Linked below if you'd honour me with feedback. ;)

Forbidden Orchard seems like it could work here, although probably only as a 2-of unless you want to add things like Engineered Plague and Zealous Persecution.

Although I didn't notice you were going standard, so there might not be a good choice of cantrip in GW, I dunno. But I still recommend Vines of Vastwood over Mutagenic Growth, given the potential need of a 'green counterspell' when a precursor golem is out.
