What ILoveGobbos said + cards that cost 5 mana like Siege-Gang Commander should not be in there 4 times especially with so few lands. You'll be lucky to get 3 land down by turn 6. Have you tested this deck ?? If you ask me it will loose game after game as it is now.

I'd go for

3 Summon the School
4 Oblivion Ring
4 Faerie Trickery
4 Cancel
4 Sygg, River Guide
1 Wanderwine Prophets
4 Drowner of Secrets
4 Judge of Currents
2 Harpoon Sniper
2 Surgespanner
4 Fallowsage

24 Land

Sygg is essential, Silvergill Douser and Harpoon Sniper are not. I find Surgespanner extremly useful as are Oblivion rings and both are missing from your deck.
Ambassador Laquatus is not important. Fallowsage would be nice. Protective bubble and forced fruition are not needed to make the deck work.
What is needed is a way to stop stuff like Wrath of God. Put in 4x Faerie Trickery and play it safe always holding open enough mana to either counter of use Sygg's ability to protect.

O sorry, I thought Bloodhound march returned creatures to your hand. Still I would add 2 timbermares simply because they hit hard and your opponent will be open. I found them extremly usefull against heavy control decks because they hit so hard + haste.

I like your deck a lot, it looks extremly agressive.

Timbermares would be extremly useful in combo with Bloodhound March.

I was tempted to put in 1xGuile but that would mean giving up my control for one turn which would likely be fatal. It's not a forgiving deck. 1xCircu, Dimir Lobotomist is tempting too, playing him while leaving enough mana open for 1 counter seems doable, and once he's in play coutering spells will start damaging most decks.

Not only that, Augur of skulls can become a usefull blocker with regenerate if needed. I don't often use dark rituals because I find them rather obusive. That's also why the deck only has 4 augurs and no additional discard options, it is my nice black deck. I have a fast paced Dark Confidant rack deck as well that does not limit itself to playing nice :)

If you want a late game win build a deck that survives the first few rounds, Burn is great for that. You really need 2 of each big creature as you don't need many to win the game. 1 Vigor and 2 Hostility would be just fine as you will be able to go look for it with wild pair and they never go to the graveyard.
Nova Chaser is an early game shock card, that one is worth taking 4 times. Drop Sulfurous Blast, and reduce Beacon to 1 to 2 times. Go for cheap Burn cards lick shock and the likes.

I dunno, against a fast kithkin deck lets say, I think you'd be toast before you ever get wildpair out. Also Green is a secondary color in this deck, go for 9 Forest and 13 Mountain. You also have no way to accelerate Wild pair making it a turn 6 drop at best and by that time it's just win more if you're still around that is.
Seeing you will take damage in the first few round Sulferous Blast will not be something you want to play as it will hurt you more then your opponent.

Augur il-Vec is not a very good card because of it's sacrifice in upkeep restriction. Don't know if you want to keep this type II, because in casual I would go for

-4x Augur il-Vec
-1x Ajani
+1x Akroma, Angel of Wrath (or Storm Herd might do as well as finisher)
+3x Well of lost dreams
+1x Proclamation of rebirth

as mentioned +1x Beacon of Immortality would be nice as well

I like the shock effect of small difficult to block creatures and instant speed boosts. I wonder how it will do versus heavy control. Wrath of God/Damnation on turn 4 followed by killing or pinning creatures every time you play one, which is the kind of control I usually play.
I will playtest this deck for you if I get the chance, looks interesting.

Interesting build, I wonder what the avarage trigger time is to get a fatal demonfire off.

4 Galepowder mages and nothing useful to blink ?? 2 Galepowder mages and 2 Cloudgoat Ranger would be far more productive. I'd also drop at least one Dust Elemental and try for 4 serra avengers and or 4 Goldmeadow Stalwarts.

I like the build though.

You play 18 land in 100 card deck ?? You will be mana screwed game after game. Also You won't ever get cards like storm herd out. Doubling cube does not give you any benefit before you can produce 7 mana so....

Have you tested it yet ?

What I need is to perfect some sort of draw engine, and for that I should add more blue. I also need a way to reuse my tutors from the graveyard, like all suns dawn. The problem is in such a big deck you need multiple ways to fill your hand with solutions over and over.
If I can do that I will have a deck that is capable of handling just about anything.

It's going to be though without damnation or wrath of god. Skeletal Vampire is a late game card so you don't need 3 of them. Angels of Despair would be a great addition. Play Castigate 4 times or it will loose it's usefulness. Max 1 Orzhova, the Church of Deals and same for Orzhov Basilica. Drop Hissing Miasma and increase Faith feathers and Oblivian Rings. Play 70% removal spells. Gravepact is great with Vampire.
