Animate Dead is easier to use for this combo if you "really" want to be one of "those" people.

Gloom surgeon. Most recent worst card I've ever seen. It's just so bad that it kills me inside every time I look at it. >.<
Exactly. No offense was made to the creator besides having Marrow-Gnawer in the deck :P When I look back at all the decks that make the front page I'm reminded that 98% of magic players are casual gamers that have never seen upper level play and have no desire to see upper level play. So I really shouldn't be surprised by what gets liked and what doesn't :/ I do however die a little inside when I see some troll deck or some deck that got alt-account bumped. :(
Why is there ANOTHER relent rat deck up on the front page? This is even worse than the last one that made it up here. And the one I made that hit front page much better built since it used a 2 drop fear enchantment as opposed to a 5 drop legendary creature that's only real use is making rats have fear. (the other ability is excessively unnecessary in a relent rats deck).
It's not an infinite combo. It's a lethal combo. Get it right :P
You didn't include Instructions for building good EDH decks though. Therefore I do not care :P

Zealous Conscripts + Splintertwin or Kiki-jiki. = Infinite Zealous Conscripts. add in Parallel Lives or Doubling season to the combo to make it Infinite Zealous Conscripts and steal your opponents Permanents too.

This is what will happen with snake basket. You: "I infinite mana lollercopters infinite snakes you loooose!!!" Opponent: "After snake basket resolves I Magmaquake for 2. You were saying?" Or any other wrath type effect, hell even a pyroclasm would wreck your day. It's not quite as good as you think.
I would take out the Sarcomancy's altogether since all that enchantment does is put a token into play and later on will hurt you if said token gets killed. Better 1 drop token generators are as follows -Spiritual Visit, especially when you can splice them together. -Lab Rats, has a buyback of 4 so it gets better late game when you're topdecking. You built this deck very oddly, but I don't play Modern or Legacy so maybe I'm just missing something in the buildup? Anyways there's my advice.
If you're just using the Timberland guide for it's counter I'd suggest Bond Beetle instead since it's only a 1 drop.
Probably will want more O-rings in place of either doom blade / go for the throats (side board whichever you take out) cause I guarantee there will be multiple times when you play this deck where you'll think "Damn, I wish I had an O-ring right now". Just some friendly building advice.

Look at Oubliette. It's basically Black, creature only, O-ring for 3 mana.
Put your lame casual decks on some other site. I don't know why this is on the front page this is the lamest Piece of S*** deck I've ever seen.

So you can cast up to 4 creatures while your ENTIRE deck gets exiled, and that card you can cast is a 4 casting cost with 2 blue; and all it is - is a 3/3 flyer oooooo so exciting. Having this card in your deck is a LOSING strategy at best. Oh and he's a 2/1, dies to even the smallest of burns, not that your opponent would burn it since I'm sure they rather win by allowing you to deck yourself. Soooooooooooooooooo bad. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't cards that make you LOSE bad?
Also you really should add in "Ichorclaw Myr"
