You should look into Mind Over Matter and Trade Secrets.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker is also just a power card that I try to include whenever I use red.

Where's your Future Sight? Its like,

"Cool, my top card is a zombie, so I'll play that without paying its mana cost because of Rooftop Storm"

"Alright."

"Okay, now I'll look at my top card with the Top, oh look! Another zombie is now on top! So I'll play that as well. And then cast this next spell."

">_>"

"I'll top again, and what do you know??? Another zombie is on top!"

"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFuuUUuu"

See what I mean? :P

The problem with those guys as your major source of draw is that they all have a high cmc, and in my experience also paint a huge target on your forehead. Of the cards I listed, Mind Unbound is the only one likely to really make you a huge target for people.

Hmm.. You could also look into some forms of board wipe. I mean, you are running a reanimator deck, so why not?

Mind Twist, Mind Shatter, and Death Cloud. o3o Death Cloud will of course offer some good black control, and discard. o3o

I would also throw in Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. Your deck will love the quick mana.

Check my deck and comment please. :3 It would be appreciated.

I would look into more draw if I was you. To name a few to start, try Phyrexian Arena, Thought Reflection. Mind Unbound, and Graveborn Muse.

They can only help your deck. o3o

I would drop Gauntlet of Power because it helps your opponents using the same colors. Unless you don't mind the boost your opponents get. o3o

Obligatory self-plug? Sure. If you could comment on my Damia EDH, I would appreciate it.

Is Primeval $30 right now? Wow. Yeah, I nabbed one of those when it dropped to like, $12 at my local shop, but I can understand holding off on one of those for now. lol

My suggestions were more for group games. If you play 1 v 1 a lot, then I suppose your deck is fine. In group games you just tend to want more bang out of your cards, so instead of simply countering a spell, you can Spelljack it and turn it on them.

Also, Memnarch is just a card I've had a recent obsession with, you definitely don't NEED to include him, but Planar Portal? Seriously, just give it a shot lol. It won't disappoint you. Especially if you have Seedborn Muse of the field at the same time. Combined with Mana Reflection? 3 basic lands to tutor every turn.

Lastly, I understand the Teferi argument, and I used him as well for a little while. I've just never found him completely necessary because people seldom target my Leyline for removal (it has only been destroyed from enchantment wipes), and Teferi always causes everyone else to team up on me. But I don't know your playgroup, so if you don't run into this problem, then you shouldn't take him out. o3o

I would love the ABU lands, but unfortunately money is a little bit of an issue for me, and I don't think my play group would appreciate proxies of them. But I do have a couple fetch lands in there, which are always put to great use with Crucible of Worlds. And yes, I was thing about adding Darksteel Ingot actually. I'll probably end up dropping Memnarch, as I haven't been able to put him to effective enough use. So I may add that in his place.

Thanks for the feedback~ o3o

You should find room for Ixidron, functions as a non-token boardwipe.

Also, drop some of your straight counters for things like Spelljack, Commandeer, and Desertion. (these tend to pack a lot more punch, and can seriously turn things in your favor) When it comes to blue EDH, you don't need too much more than that. I actually don't like Phantasmal Image in EDH, as if one person is running RG, they can easily kill it every time it comes in. Instead look into Body Double or Clone. I prefer Body Double though.

Just gonna list some powerful mono blue spells for you to look into. (and artifacts) Many of these are considered staples, for obvious reasons.

Bribery
Blatant Thievery
Volition Reins
Take Possession
Memnarch (also a brutal general)
Caged Sun
Gauntlet of Power
Unwinding Clock
For fast mana look into things like Thran Dynamo and Grim Monolith. They'll cost you a bit more, but can go in any deck to boost the overall speed.
Mindslaver
Karn Liberated
Spine of Ish Sah (use it with Phyrexian Core)
Glen Elandra Archmage
Thada Adel, Acquisitor
Thought Reflection
Mystical Tutor
Fact or Fiction
Sphinx of Uthuun
Future Sight

Keep in mind, people might hate you for using some of these cards.. ^^; But also remember, EDH is much more about power than speed, in most cases.

Okay. I see what you're trying to do with this deck, but in my opinion you're not doing it that well (no offense... ^^;) Honestly, you can drop some of your reanimation and a lot of your counter magic. There are a lot of spells that are just very basic, but offer little else in the way of card advantage. Things I would drop in general:

Undertaker (doesn't drop things to the field)
Birds of Paradise (you can find better)
Phantasmal Image (Phyrexian Metamorph)
Mind Control
Yavimaya Elder
Rewind
Faerie Trickery
Dissipate
Disentomb
Cancel
Stoic Rebuttal
Counterspell
Naturalize (Krosan Grip is better)
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (with all your tutor it shouldn't be hard to grab your leyline, making this guy kinda pointless to the deck)

Things I would look into if I was you:

Commandeer
Spelljack
Mindbreak Trap
Planar Portal
Mana Reflection
Fleshbag Marauder
Grave Pact
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed (for this guy, also look at Glen Elandra Archmage)
Primeval Titan
Victimize
Memnarch (people WILL hate you while you laugh and steal their lands)
Geth, Lord of the Vault
Mindslicer
Volrath's Stronghold (a little expensive, but a very good add)
Tooth and Nail
Psychatog (provides a great discard outlet for useless cards)

If you wanna look at some more tech, my Damia deck is a lor different from yours (I use all of the cards I mentioned), so you should check it out and see if you get any cool ideas to make your friends cry during your next game of EDH.

I would use more discard, to make use of Nath's advantages with such mechanics. Things like Mind Twist, Mind Shatter, Death Cloud, and Myojin of Night's Reach.. Sadistic Hypnotist would also be nice, because you can just sac a creature and force them all to discard their hands, and still leaving you with more elf tokens.

This will just put Nath's discard ability to more use, and will net you more elf tokens.

Its also worth noting that EDH wasn't an official format when they made that ruling, and that they did tell us to look at the official EDH site for rulings rather than them.

"Have a sense of humor!"

You know, its not about having a sense of humor when you see stupid decks like these all the time. At that point you're just rightfully tired of seeing the same stupid joke over and over again.

Just makes me wanna track down and slap everyone that would allow this swill to make it to the front page.

I don't hate the creator, just those who clicked the 'like' button, and even those that implemented that stupid system in the first place.

It honestly depends on the group you play with, my local store owner doesn't care about that ruling and said that we could use as many Relentless Rats as we want.

But yes, official ruling is that you can only use one.

Perhaps, but what I noticed that all I really needed was 1 or 2 lands and a Mox Opal. But yes, perhaps the remaining Plains could be turned into artifact lands. That would certainly help with the Mox.

I drew a lot of sample hands with this land curve and I only landed 1 or 2 bad hands, and ironically one of those was because I was mana swamped.. XD You just have to make sure you shuffle really good after each match so your mana doesn't get bunched up, but hell, I've seen some Red decks running on 12 mana sources. That is crazy and would make me nervous, so I decided to be a little generous with the mana.

Lastly, if you put in the Tutelage and Confidant, you probably want Sensei's Divining Top and Crystal Ball, as well as other scry enablers.

Thornbite Staff would also be very nice to drop onto your general if you put in some additional sac engines like Sadistic Hypnotist and Phyrexian Tower, just sacing one of your many rats.

In fact, with that staff on your genral and Sadistic Hypnotist down, you will have infinite 1/1s..

Just sac a rat with your general, get a bunch of 1/1 tokens, sac one of them to the Hypnotist, untap your general and repeat.

Also you can use Mycosynth Lattice and Grinding Station to get an infinite mill engine running. Drop the Alter of Dementia for this. :3

Thanks for putting this build up, it made me see what I wanna do with all my Relentless Rats and took me in a direction for my RR EDH deck.
