NP man in that case use Armadillo Cloak instead of Unflinching Courage. It's the same thing except with the added benefit of sticking unto your opponents voiding the damage since you gain the life. Also you should add 4x Swords to Plowshares your really lacking in removal and that's one of the best in the game. Keep it a 60 cards too.

Yes they would both be great and does interact with heroic in just that way. However both are not legal in the modern format. I apologize, I just noticed Felidar Umbra and Indrik Umbra aren't legal in modern as well. If this is for casual play It's pretty sweet but if you wanna play modern this wont work

Meaning you can target the same creature 3 times with Seeds but only get 1 heroic trigger from that creature but if targeted 3 different creatures they would all get their heroic triggered. Kinda funny but that's how it works.

No it wont since the heroic ability states when cast and the Umbra is an ability not a new casting. Kind of like casting a spell that targets one of your heroic creatures twice. You only get one heroic trigger since it states when cast a spell you get the trigger from the casting not the targeting of said creature.

I would consider running Seeds of Strength in place of Reap What Is Sown, It doesn't put counters but it costs 2 so you able to put it on your Scepter. And then I think you should replace all of your Enchantments for Rancor (As previously suggested) and auras with Totem armour since nothing has hexproof ( other then Vines but you really shouldn't rely on that just that for preventing getting 2 for 1'd. Rancor as 4 of Indrik Umbra as a 1 of Bear Umbra 2 of and Felidar Umbra as 2 of. For the extra 3 slots possibly cut 2 giant Growths and 1 Scepter.
Well those are my opinions take them for that, I think it would run a lot smoother and win a turn earlier on average.

Bloodstained Mire Is the best option for this deck but it doesn't even come close to budget which MooCow5295 has said a few times that it shall remain budget. Badlands is simply not even legal in standard, let alone 1 of costing 3 times the entire deck.

The point everyone is making is that you wont get to cast any creatures B/C 9 out 10 times your gonna be dead before you can. Just b/C there's a possibility doesn't make it an awesome deck, it makes it an awesome idea.

If at all possible Captivating Vampire should be a 4 of, possibly in place of Markov Blademaster.

It's mainly for Dragonlord Dromoka and Dragonlord Ojutai. That Ojutai is a big pain in the ass.

Dragonlord Ojutai, and Dragonlord Dromoka. are both annoying but it's mainly for Ojutai, that ones a bitch to deal with and wound is a great answer. What deck are you specifically siding Snakeskin in for? IMO S/B cards are situational for the big threats in the meta your dealing with. Snakeskin doesn't really fall into that category IMO that is. Seems more of a, I ran out of room for this but I like it card. ( those don't belong in the S/B.

I gotta say Northy, I like taking your themes and making non-budget decks from them.

Well done! Really effective deck done on a budget. I would replace the Snakeskin in the S/B for Self-Inflicting Wound. A few of those dragons are real bitches to deal with.

If anything I think you should be playing 4x Polluted Delta and 4x Bloodstained Mire by cutting some temples and basics. 2 Self-Inflicted Wound in the S/B may come in handy as well.

Anticipate is really good since it let's you dig three and use what you need for the current game state. Mindswipe is sub par IMO B/C you have to keep an amount of mana open to cast it and it's still not a guaranty.
