Not sure what to cut just think it would be a nice addition. I'd probably cut the Stubborn Denial but that's only B/C I'm not much of a control player and it doesn't seem like that's what the deck is about. Probably makes your opponent play around a lot if you show it once. I'm really not sure the Caryatid is what you want to cut. Possibly 1 or 2 Polukranos, World Eater from main deck since it's not that effective against any dragons which seem to be everywhere in the format right now.

I think you need 2 to 3 more lands and 3x Anticipate. You could probably find room for this by cutting a few dragons and 2 Silumgar's Scorn and 1 or 2 Foul-Tongue Invocation.

Atarka's Command for the land drop and reach ability seems very useful in here. The prevention of life gain has the potential to be the deciding factor as well. Just a thought.

I would think about running Archetype of Courage instead of the Falconer. Then invest as much as you can into your mana base. Reflecting Pool, City of Brass and Fetch/ Shock lands will go a long way.

That's why I add cranial extraction to the sideboard in my Mill deck.

I had one that was very efficient. The only thing I hated about it was the reaction from others and the game play experience. Just not my cup of tea. I will make a build of it if you'd like.
I believe it was very close to this,

First off I think you should cut black all together, Plague Stinger and Septic Rats really isn't reason enough for the addition. Then you should run 4x Glistener Elf and 4x Virulent Sliver. Also Vines of the Vastwood should be a 4 of probably instead of Plague Myr and a land going to 20 or 21. Which brings me to your land, it needs to be fixed so that nothing will come into play tapped. Turns 1,2 and 3 are so crucial to this deck you can't afford to be slowed down. Ideally 4x fetch 4x Shock 4x Check lands then 5 forests and 5 Islands. Main thing being nothing coming into play tapped. If your able to 2x Inkmoth Nexus will help a lot but they're pretty expensive.

I disagree, We're talking modern here. You wanna be able to win on turn 4-7. There's virtually no ramp so either card is coming out at best on turn 3 milling 2 cards each turn from then on. This is not fast enough considering the complete lack of counters. I see them having a chance to due damage in a control deck which can stall the game into going many turns.
In all honesty I don't see this winning in any modern match against the current decks in the format. There's no way to mill 53 cards before turn 5 and pulling that off would require a god hand while never missing a land drop. (Highly unlikely considering the lack of lands.)
However if this not an actual "modern" deck and is meant to be a budget friendly for casual use against other casual players it's fine I suppose.

I wouldn't think that to be a great addition with this line up . The only targets being Redirect and Dream Twist. Both being Sub-par and probably should be something else anyway.

Another thing I thought of which would be very good in here is Thespian's Stage. You can make it another Eye of Ugin, Urza Tower or a Tolarian West, All 3 would be good targets for it.

Even if you have to discard to 7 each turn your opponents only having 1 card in hand to your selected 7. having such a huge advantage it is almost impossible for your opponent to fight back from.

IMO Vampire Lacerator, Viscera Seer, or even yes I'm gonna say it Shadow Alley Denizen are all better 1 drops then Guul Draz.

Sorry, yes you are correct I meant Feast of Blood. So many cards to keep track of in my head they get mixxed up.

I think you need a few board wipes like Damnation, Drown in Sorrow. Or Mutilate if you fix your land base a bit by dropping all but 1 mountain for 4x Blood Crypt. As well Time to feed is really good. I don't like Guul Draz Vampire so I would cut them and add 2 of the board wipes I mentioned and 2 Time to Feed.
Just my opinions take it for that, Happy Casting :)

One of the Best Blue Fatties IMO which would work very well with Jhoira is Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur. A Game Winner!
