So, a sorcery has abilities?
Really...sometimes Magic is so confusing to me!

I love this deck, regardless!
And I run Transmute cards in some of my decks, nice to see/know that they can't be countered.

Yep, second turn Sapphire Medallion rocks in a mono blue deck.
Especially with the donate/illusions combo.

I did not know that. It seems to be a spell, So i assumed it could be countered.
Is it because it says to Discard the card, is that why you can't counter it?

Might try to do some off the wall tribal deck, as suggested.
Some sort of almost unheard of type of creature :)

That is why, when I played it was 5 dollars a card.
Now the Port is over 100 dollars.

You have me there, Gothy.
In regard to Rishadan Ports power versus use of City of Brass/Mana Confluence:

City of Brass is worse off.

Because Port will tap City of Brass causing you one point of damage.
When Port taps Confluence it doesn't cause one point of damage.

So, with the Port, Mana Confluence is better.

But things to pay attention to in regards to City of Brass vs. Mana Confluence
1) You can't pay life you don't have.
2) Life loss can't be prevented like damage can.
3) Cards like Angel of Jubilation wreck Mana Confluence while City of Brass flies right by it.

The cost difference of 12 dollars to 4 dollars is because Confluence is Standard and City of Brass is not. When it goes out of standard, what how much it drops in price!!

Both of those are hot decks of mine I have made since the 2 mana challenge deck.
I have been around :)

Thanks for the complement.

1)Capsize, you get to choose if you want to buy it back.
It is for back up. I usually play it on Turn 6 (buying it back).
So, no, you don't have to buyback. Totally up to you.

2)Yep, It bounces everything, my friend!

Like this:
Turn 1. Island
Turn 2. Island. Boomerang one of their lands.
Turn 3. Cephalid Constable
Turn 4. Zephid's Embrace.
Now Cephalid Constable is 3/3 flying, shroud. You attack and he does 3 damage. Now YOU GET TO PICK ANY THREE PERMANENTS your opponent has and bounce them. You can pick 1 creature/1 artifact/1 land. Or 3 creatures. Or 3 lands. Or 2 enchantments/1 creature. You bounce any three you want. Since your opponent only has 3 lands, you can bounce them all!!!!!!

I usually bounce their lands! No lands, then they can't play anything and you can slowly start bouncing creatures/artifacts/enchantments.

Another example, friend:
Turn 1. Island
Turn 2. Counterspell
Turn 3. Cephalid Constable
Turn 4. Play Wings of Velis Vel and Distortion Strike on Cephalid Constable.
Now: Cephalid Constable is a 5/4 unblockable flying creature. Yout attack and he does 5 damage. And you get to bounce 5 permanents to your opponent's hand.

5 permanents!!! That is his entire field!!! You just bounced their entire field!!!
Now, every turn your opponent will play 1 land and 1 creature. And you just turn around and bounce them next turn with Constable.
Do that until you win.

It is my favorite deck I have built.
All for 15 dollars.

Sapphire Medallion.
Takes combo down from 7 mana to 5 mana.
Most people play it in Trix.

You know you have my vote!
Modern too, nice!

And sadly, I believe the Foot Clan would win the day.
You are running both control and creature hate!
Hitting my Master Biomancer would seal the deal!

Good job!

Birds is very easy to remove...but more effective.
I side boarded the Spirit Guide.

Would consider using Spirit Guide...but using both Lull and Temporal Spring for trying to keep tempo advantage/answers to threats.

Defense of the Heart. Did you guys see that classic? I am hoping my opponent is running creatures in their decks because Defense of the Heart could be a game changer in this deck. He can get you 2 of the 3 cards of the Turtle Combo in play, if your opponent is playing lots of creatures.

Fyi:
Is Turtleshell Changeling already considered a Mutant Ninja Turtle...if he is all creature types?
Just throwing that out there.

It has to be uber slow. It is taking me, using both Sapphire Medallion and Birds of Paradise for mana ramp, 5-6 turns to do any real damage!

Actually laughed out loud at that one!
Nice!

Heard they are doing, yet another, new movie.
The old school stuff was awesome!
I remember getting up early every Saturday morning to watch the TV show.

For nostalgia alone, I am hoping this one gets a lot of votes/support :)
