You know, attack with Narset. You get to draw 4 cards, some that you draw have scry built in...so you stack your library and get instants/sorcery cards.

My only fear is that out of those 15 cards, half or more may have to be mana/land cards.

I played one time against a dredge deck.
It beat me.
I had to have my opponent explain it to me over 6 times...and I still did not understand it.
