9/24/3 is a sexy curve though. I've seen it used in a number of Junk builds in the past, as well as a really weird Fish =/

Really? It's pretty nuts in here to be honest. As for your article, yeah I can do that...though it seems I'm one of the few people right now that CAN use the forums =/

Well in nearly any fictional media, if there is a character that embodies/ is an incarnation of "Death", that character tends to be overrated almost inherently. Still, I have to say I was very happy with the show's portrayal of him. They could have made it very cheesy, but they went with a what looks like a creepy old bureaucrat...and it worked really well. Same goes with Lucifer. When I first saw the character I thought, "THIS is Lucifer?!" then later on I realized that...yeah, that's freakin Lucifer XD

I personally love Tabernacle with Iso-Pox, so no arguments there =]

Also, I love the name "Oh Death" so much that I swapped out the deckbox labeled "The Idea" (that holds the updated deck of the same name) and put it into the deckbox labeled "Oh Death"

Plus, this scene is just beautiful and terrifying =]

Only thing I can think of to suggest at the moment is the SB. I honesty can't think of any scenario in which you'll need to swap in all 3 Needles. I would cut down to 2 at most. In its place are obviously a myriad of choices, but one I tampered with a little recently was Thalia. Her tax ability plays very well with the mana burden and denial that comes with the Iso-Pox package. Also Terminus can be devastating to a deck already suffering the effects of mana denial.

I keep looking at the land base and I know it's different from mine but I have no idea what you changed. It's maddening =[

I will say that the decision to run full small versus "big" Pox is interesting...Especially with 2 Pox in the SB to allow you to mediate the degree and timing of the pressure, as well as the nature of it, at will. Oh, and actually, one other thing I feel I'm obligated to mention is Disk. Ever since I added the Disk into "The Idea" I haven't taken it out. I probably have more to say, but it's 4:30 in the morning and I'm gonna go pass out instead...

P.S. love the deck's name =]

Petrahydrox is such a troll in that regard. He's a good beat stick as a 3/3, and his ability leads to much lulz. As for the speed and efficiency of this deck, you could say its success is a little..."Weird". B]

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I first saw Nivmagus, I had to re-read its creature type multiple times. It would have made so much more sense as a weird. Ah well...this deck is running much better now that I switched out frostburn for petrahydrox.

For some reason the mana curve thingy is really janky as of late, and not just with hybrid colors =/

I think right now the curve is actually 18/18/4 and if I switched to Petrahydrox it would be 18/14/4/4

Both those curves are pretty smexy, so I honestly gotta figure out which way I want to go =/

Yeah, to be honest, I've been bouncing between Frostburn, which costs less to cast, and Petrahydrox, which is pretty beefy and quite the troll for removal...

Decisions, decisions =/

Yeah, I've heard it done that way, but these are for our shop's casual tribal format, where 10 cards need to be dedicated to the tribe. It allows for a larger amount of "oddball" tribes =]

And Weirds have been around since the original Ravnica block, but there were hardly any, and only one that was really good (Gelectrode). Now that there's more, I finally was able to put this thing together =]

6/24/6

Why does that curve seem so familiar to me? It's driving me crazy =[

Anyway, Jack's right, this looks like the deck you've been trying to convert to Modern. I honestly think you could take this basic frame and apply it to Modern. I know this one is faster (obviously, it's in the sexy land of Legacy), but you'll be able to refer to this frame now =]

I wouldn't call it weak, but it's not all that strong either, I won't lie. The thing is, this is a Weird tribal deck, and so I gotta keep them around. IMHO, the three Weirds I have in here are the three best =/

I like this a lot. The story behind it is very cool, and you fit the idea very well. My only concern is that populate won't be all that strong with nothing but goats to use it on. In place you could put in Intangible Virtue, which would make those goats a complete wall. Honor of the Pure would be another similar option, and would also fit nicely with your story =]

Hope that helped dude =]

It's really damn fast. Because of Rakdos's ability, the deck actually gets faster over time. The faster it can deal damage, the faster it can then deal MORE damage. In very short notice, everyone playing will have fallen within single digit life totals.

Kaalia is nasty in her own way though, and I think she could actually make some very good use of Rakdos =P

I can tell you these two things:

1) Wumps and Allison are honestly the two most in-love people I've ever seen, and Allison turns out to be more than half-decent at Magic! =]

2) I have never had more of an adrenaline rush playing EDH than when I play against this deck. You make a mistake, and it could end up costing you 10 or more life. Also, Rakdos Charm is an absolutely brutal card (especially against token swarm EDHs)

Yeah, but I just think the sound of the London Philharmonic playing alongside Thrash Metal fits this deck perfectly. It's flowing brutality. You get up to go to the bathroom and suddenly everyone's at 4 life!
