Well assuming you are saying this is with Grazing Gladeheart, maybe Worldly Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, or Summoning Pact will help you get get creatures you like.
Alright. Why is Sanguine bond in this deck though? Avenger of Zendikar would be a way more awesome win condition.
You've forced me to do this- Pale Moon. You can tap for COLORLESS mana. Rare quality.(Only with non-basic lands though)And if that doesn't tickle your fancy then look at One With Nothing.
Give // Take can be pretty awesome in a Simic deck. Take is especially awesome for drawing cards, Zameck Guildmage is also great I highly recommend these both. They should be cheap since they are both uncommons that are not sought after.

Traumatize is too expensive without those mana dorks, and you can play the card exiled with Nightveil Specter no matter what color they are without worry about mana base.

Oh my Voracious Hatchling.. Running two gives the deck a decent mana curve. Running two more is possible but every fits into place how it is now.
