Very powerful... so much removal and Abrupt Decay is especially strong in removal. The only thing I think you might need is either Mistcutters or Pithing Needles for sideboard and you'll be all set.

Why not instead of Llanowar Elves just put in Noble Hierarch or Birds of Paradise?
How about Elite Arcanist + Fog or Silence?
Gyre Sage is definitely really good, and instead of Wasteland Viper go Slitherhead all the way.

65 is your absolute max. Some cheap cool cards to check out are Nihilith, Sewer Nemesis, Nemesis of Reason, Blood Ascension, Duskmantle Guildmage, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, and Undead Alchemist.
Yeah if you ever get the money for it, I would drop Breaking//Entering for Glimpse the Unthinkable. Otherwise pretty cool deck! Some other cards I recommend you check out are Archive Trap, Sword of Fire & Ice, Jace, Memory Adept, and the instance of Nemesis of Reason instead of Mirko Vosk.

R//W Has utility options. It also untaps your creatures and you have the option of casting Willing with Sylvan Caryatid. Deathtouch, First Strike (Ethereal Armor) and Trample (Unflinching Courage) is a nice surprise.
Nice job. Pithing Needle to deal with planeswalkers is good for sideboard.

I highly recommend it because with it the only thing that could beat this deck is Devour Flesh, Celestial Flare, and Cyclonic Rift (Overload). That's 3 cards that are relevant in standard.
