Gnat Miser is terrible in every deck, but especially in a discard deck. The reason being that it is only good when your opponent is at 7 cards and the rest of your deck is dedicated to them never being at 7 cards.

Ponza superfriends experiment? Well... yes, yes please marry me and eat my kids.
First off, how do I link cards like that?Hmm, I have considered all the cards that you have suggested, Imma lay I out the reasons for not including them, tell me what you think:Viscera Seer: In pauper you can't really afford to sacrifice a creature, even if it is only half a creature to merely scry 1, not in what is essentially an aggro deck anyway.Inspector Thraben: In this deck, a card draw is on par with a 1/1 for the most part, and a 1/1 is what every other 1 drop gets us. I mean that in the sense that 2 mana to draw one card which you then have to play is worse in an aggro deck than an immediate flying 1/1 .Captain's Call: 3 mana is pushing it with this deck, let alone 4.Angler: I have considered it, and I think I was wrong in not including it. What do you suggest I cut? The Myr and Evil seem weak.Bone Splinters are sorcery speed, which is a huge issue actually, or at least has been in the past, in golgari aristocrats decks. The Lifestaff does more or less require that you be able to tutor it out, though it would most likely be wise to sideboard it in against burn, so another great suggestion.
Obviously but... it's not aggro, not mid, not a synergestic value deck... just a pile of gruul splash blue...
What?
Villainous Wealth or I am killing myself
This is essentially my 5th grade gimmick that got me my name; all hail 13 year old me with 121/121 Scute Mob with a Paralyzing Grasp on it!PS: I also ran Phyrexian Swarmlord, it doesn't work, not even in casual. Not that I cared back then, nor that I do now.
Well, seeing as how you don't have any real source of card advantage and are using 1 card to temporarily tap down one other card that is by no means temporary (unlike cupcakes), and considering the face that Baird is useless when your opponent has a small amount of creatures that are capable of attacking; I'd say it's pretty bad.Though it does look like the sorta thing I would make 10 years ago and experience that one game where my opponent never stops playing dudes and never gets to connect even once.
I won't pretend I understand... I also won't pretend that I didn't find it amusing for the first 5 seconds and now again. To the hot page with this shit! xD
What? Why is this mostly a standard deck from many years ago? What about Kolagan's command, Bolt, Liliana, Bob and many, many others?
It sure is cheap, might be great for getting someone into kitchen table magic, it won't be great after a short while either. But it is nonetheless well built and has a use. +1
Yeah no I am marrying this deck if you can sell me on 3x Undiscovered Paradise xD
Seems like faulty reasoning, is always having a Rec Sage for every Eldest Reborn worth not having a good play and a dead card in hand whenever the opponent isn't on a very specific control deck?Wildgrowth walker instead of the wall? In general I would either take the deck in a more reanimator oriented direction or just towards one of the many golgari mid builds. As for liliana... anything at all is better, Eldest Reborn, a kill spell, anything. She is great when you are ahead against an opponent who is trying to answer all your threats, but it is better to either not get that late into the game, or to play a card that is better when behind (Vivien) or to play a card that does what Lili does but better (Journey)
I don't care in the least whether you do or do not mention the source of the decklist. But you apparently do, judging by the contents of your deck description. So why not instead of "I do not own this deck build" mention the one who does? And I am aware of the second meaning of the word "own", but not of a reason to use it with that meaning in mind.
The main argument for Ballista is that it was designed as a highly flexible card, the flexibility being paid for by the price. Tron does not care about the price, so in a deck like this you are left with a card that is a win condition, combo disruptor (COCO, Kiki, Pili-Pala), planeswalker killer and a removal spell.
Don't see a reason to go Sultai with a low to the ground value deck. The justification tends to be Snapcaster who is not present. What was the motivation behind blue? (Hand disruption instead of remand, Bobs and more good removal and discard instead of cantrips)
Huh? Why play the bad Liliana? Why play bad ETB cards? Why 4 Rec Sage?
Sadly, I don't have the time to press the DSH button 50 times to give you a decent critique, so this will have to do:4 Treasure Mage and low threat density is a very interesting take, one I think I like a lot, though, do you think it a possible issue that there might be a relatively decent number of games in which it makes you more disruptable than you otherwise might be (you tutor, can't play it, get thoughtsiezed)? Why no walking ballista? Why no snapcaster? Or the 5/6 snapcaster? (God I am ashamed I forgot the name)That's as much as 8 minutes allowed me to spit out.
Why not link the original? Or the Goldfish video?
