Actually, I was the guy who pushed for BUG initially, but my testing found it to be a bit undesirable at the time. None of it actually wound up being worth it in the deck :/

And I agree that nowadays it'd need to pack more disruption, especially if it stayed as a BG deck.

Might I suggest you look at a deck of mine called Jericho? I played it during Misstep, and I think you'll like it. It doesn't run white, so it's not a Junk/Dirt deck, but it does the rest you said :D

Problem is I play at a shop out of town mostly, so I don't know anybody but Shopkeep, and two of the regulars :/

And I call Snapcasters My Trusty x(where x is the type of spell I'm flashing back) Pan, it's a very bad pokemon joke. It just made me laugh.

Around here we play rather generously since we play with some of the standard kids, now I'm just going to have to suck balls on purpose to have them keep playing T_T
Yeah, Tide is an interesting match for Reanimator, but I'd rather see it than the ever obnoxious Hive Mind... It's a little epic when you have to go to war for a single reanimate.

And yeah, I'm not going to sugarcoat it. You're probably going to see a TEAM list, and it's probably going to run Extirpate or Surgical Extraction as hate, and with Frying Pans that is brutal to play through.

Yuuup, it makes life a little... Interesting. And Extirpate is the absolute best choice for hate right now, split second is simply devastating.

My experiences in Vintage have given me some thoughts on how I plan to play right now, and Reanimator is my personal choice for competitive play. Kitchen magic is Dredge though

Heheh, I play three Extirpates as my GY hate right now, and run two Phantasmal Images. Also, if you haven't tried it yet Ethan, I suggest looking into testing the old Blast cards. Pyroblast is incredibly fun against a lot of the field right now :D

I don't play Ponder in Reanimator, because Lim-Dul's Vault is actually really REALLY powerful in the deck. I don't think I've ever run Ponder in the deck honestly, I started when we had Mystical Tutor XD

I think the list Ethan, it's rather close to what I'd run right now. I'm still an advocate on only running two Jins, and here I'd drop that third for a Sphinx. It's been doing me a lot of good recently.

Phantasmal Image is actually something I've been hiding from you, indeed it is a useful piece of SB tech. I've won games because of copying stuff like 'Goyf, and on one occasion I copied an opponents Jin :D

I will ALWAYS cast my vote to you running Reanimator over Dredge at tourney level, simply because Reanimator is my favourite deck. But right now it's also one of the best decks out there, and I'd say it's better than dredge right now.

Best we have right now is probably Deep Analysis, which flashes back for {1}{U} :/ It's awesome in LED Dredge, but outside of that it's kind of bleh.

I've been trying to get the people at Troll Emoticons to try for support here, but in the meantime this will do

I hadn't heard of cockatrice until just recently, in fact that's the second time I've heard about it, but it's a pain in the ass to port decks. I'm seriously considering doing a quick uninstall on MWS and getting Cockatrice in the morning, but I need some time to bathe. I played flange rock, and it makes me feel a tad dirty.

If you play Vintage Dredge, you only really need to proxy the Bazaar, otherwise I think it might actually be cheaper than Legacy Dredge o_0

I'm not going to lie, Vintage is, and probably will always remain to be a MWS format for me. I simply can not afford the decks I love for that format.

I finally gave up on my playset of Hymn's it was difficult, but I did. It hurt my soul. I gave it to a player I know will use them more than I have recently.
