trust me, I'd love it if I felt I could get away with three Coliseums, but I really can't get behind running only three. This is why I love Vintage Dredge, it's just bazaar->discard GO. Sun Titan bringing back another Bazaar, and that triggers Bloodghast, and then you just win.

One of my friends found he could take advantage of that and killed everybody but shopkeep with Megrim XD
Wow, that's almost as sick as when our shopkeep decided to sit there and kill everybody by recurring memory jar.
Oh, and Unmask is an option, but it's better in Vintage Dredge.
I saw somebody use what seemed to be just a RB spirit deck, and they actually managed to just sit there and win off of Glitterfangs and a Kyoki 0_o
Glitterfang shenanigans are always the most amusing part of spirit decks, this one is no exception. Except maybe Rally the Peasants, just because I find that phrase to always make me laugh.
You usually bring in the Ichorid for control MU's, it's kind of like a failsafe, or good luck charm. I personally side it in against Stoneblade mostly, but I've been considering perhaps it's time to rethink that, since I already win against them anyway :/
I've just gotten used to playing both of them in the same deck with 'goyf since I've started Tempo again >_< I think the closest I've come to even talking about standard was a conversation yesterday with this guy from a comic shop about running the Past in Flames ANT variant :|
:O I will never understand this format, try as I might.
No Lavamancer? Saaaad panda.
Also, decks to beat right now are something like this. ANT, Delver Tempo, Stoneblade, Maverick, TEAM, and Reanimator http://www.myfacewhen.com/212/ Also, I find it ironic that you're playing this, as just yesterday I went and started buying pieces for dredge as well. Got ma trolls :)
I really advise a full playset of Cephalid Coliseums, it's simply incredibly in the deck, and has won me a great deal of games. Another land change to consider would be Tarnished Citadel over Grand Coliseum, which is a trade-off really, life for speed. I also suggest that you shift to accommodate a full eight discard dorks, they really make your life go smoother. A must have for the board is Firestorm, a nice little uncounterable discard outlet for one red mana, and can deal with Scavenging Ooze from time to time :D Winds of Change, Leyline of Sanctity, and Terastodon are popular choices for thew SB as well. And depending on what kind of hate you expect, I like to go with Nature's Claim, or if you expect spell based hate, you have to bait them usually :/
It's the edition chosen, collectors and what not. Also, congratulations on hitting front page man!
I think the idea is to use Bludgeon Brawl.
Likely story, BRO.
I'm not going to lie, I think they deserve a full ban. It's the Storm situation, in that they always WANT to be broken, and that's not unlike faeries either :/
Hmmm, I thought it would since it barely uses the StifleNought unless it absolutely needs it for the win. I've won mostly off of tempo with this deck.
http://www.myfacewhen.com/202/ I'm a strictly eternal player, and even I can see how this would be competitive for standard if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth was in the format.
I can understand having a soft ban on it, but with a strangely masochistic thought, I feel I'd take it as a challenge :P
That's the reason vintage is probably never becoming a paper format for me, I can't buy a car right now, and your friend Arty probably had a bit of money left over after he bought that. I as well am a dog person, I grew up with six of them, and had so much fun with them. We do have cats now, but dogs are easier to live around :/ I agree that Glue vs Extraction should be a good MU looking at the numbers, but when you think about how many sphere effects Glue runs, and that it has Null Rod and now Stony Silence, it kind of makes sense. And now I'm DEFINITELY bringing a Glue list with me wherever I go :P
