I dunno why I didn't think about this earlier, but couldn't Phryexian Walker be useful in a design such as this?

Nope, I earned my secret characters :O This is more like going through Ladder mode on Mortal Kombat set to beginner so you can get Shang Tsung's alternate costume
Yeah, got bored last night and somebody mentioned the only shard I hadn't tried the frying pan in was Bant. And you know how I feel about NO Bant, it and Reanimator will forever be in my heart when it comes to MtG.
I've never quite been one for the 26/14 myself, I prefer the 10L, whilst admitting it has obvious flaws. This however is probably the best usage of the curve I've seen. I think Boneyard Wurm could become a powerful creature in Stompy designs such as this, what with Farmhand and the Augur, constituting a way to win the age old 'Goyf war. If you don't have any, and aim to play green a lot in legacy, I strongly suggest trying to save for a playset of Noble Hierarch. They've become a standby for good reason in aggro variations.
I like it, but I agree with pnoize below me. The Sculptor mostly though, as I personally find Grand Architect rather shoddy in Affinity builds.
Your comment brings tears to my eye dradams, it reminds me of another critique I heard once "I hate Frasier Crane."
I love the Police! I haven't heard them in so long it's kind of sad though
I've never been able to get behind Nulltread, it's powerful yeah, but that Lifelink on Roxxy goes a looong way.
:D Doppleganger power! And yeah I guess in the Ritual versions she'd be pretty awesome, I'm more focused on the whole 'you think you're playing magic? nooooope.' Side of Reanimator. Once upon a time I ran a build with two dark rituals, but I could never get over the disadvantage it brings
It seems like the days of Rhox War Monk are well and truly over. *le sigh* Ah well! I have to agree that Traft is sick here
Eh, I've been trying her since Ethan seems to be on top of the situation in regards to testing my trusty frying pan, and I've found her kind of lacking actually.
Skunked an extractor today because of Jin :D When you only have the first two turns to extract everything(three if you manage to kill Jin), the game kind of swings to my favour.
I've run Taiga in some of my RUG lists, but generally speaking it's just been unnecessary in them. This is pretty much my most used land setup for RUG, because it's the smoothest I've done.
Just feel like shouting this out, I know it's a bit late, but here goes. Empyrial Archangel SUCKS BALLS if you're not seeing a lot of Zoo or RUG. Zoo was the original reason a lot of people ran a singleton in the sideboard, since they could race us due to burn, but Zoo was one of the best MU's we had even without it.
I can dig it, I prefer Ponder myself due to the sheer balls it has over Preordain.
As a Reanimator, I have to agree with Sethrial, it makes me sad but there was a good time I gave up on the deck competitively. Iona is still in my deck, but I have found that the optimal split to run two copies of Jin-Gitaxias and only one copy of Iona nowadays.
But that's the beauty of Reanimator! You don't HAVE to be the one playing against the Praetor, you can be the one running it!
Ah, I can dig sports riots making you lose a little love. And Geth's Grimoire is hilarious in EDH, my friend runs it and his deck just goes insane once he activates it. Had a game where he almost decked out because of a recursive Memory Jar on part of shopkeep. I haven't actually got any testing with new Liliana, but she seems like she could be pretty epic.
Ponder sees four cards, and Preordain sees three. I'm inclined to say that Ponder>Preordain because of that, and it's backed up by the fact that Ponder is restricted in Vintage. My most immediate concern is that you don't run even a singleton Reanimate, a card which goes together with Snapcaster in Reanimator a bit more powerfully than Brainstorm. It gives the deck speed, enough so that I've beaten ANT and TES by dropping down turn two Iona. Speaking of Iona, that would be my second concern. Storm was literally being kept down by the fact that control decks could play a playset of Misstep, but without it we've come full circle. What gave Reanimator such an even MU against Storm was that we could race them by dropping down Iona naming black. Sure they can bounce it, but it's an uphill battle for them.
What shattered your trust for them? I never really paid them much heed unless they played my top three(third slot is Red Wings).
