Except that it's one card covering multiple functions, which allows you to hate much easier.
Instead of 4 cards hating artifacts, and 4 cards that diminishes your life you get to have a slot of 4 blank cards open for literally anything.

Kolaghan's command allows you to burn the right player to aid the scourge while at same time you get to replay a street Wraith, or if lurrus is dead you retrieve it instead.

But sure, it's your deck, and you keep it secret, so why even ask for advice ? ;)

Kolaghan's command would be awesome: it can hit an artifact as you need, you may bolt the player or creature you most need to bolt, which let's you adjust life for the scourge, you can redraw a creature from the grave, adding to your aggro and you may deplete their hand with the odd chance of ruining combo.

The obviously needed sideboard cards are cards that destroy artifacts and enchantments.
Blood moon will be too lethal otherwise. And we got an gr instant that destroys target arti/enc and deals damage to the owner. Revelry something something.

In order to protect it you will need either discard or pact of negation or spellskite.
To draw the last cards in your library you could possibly use visions of beyond depending on how it is worded.

But you do have infernal contract, so stacking 3 pact of negation on top of thassa might be a thing.
