I'm not experienced in the commander format, but having vadrok as the commander in a mutate deck can't be a bad start :)

It would have to be planned very carefully :)
A big number of enchantment creatures might be an opening.
Perhaps there are some triple type permanents out there. Gods are an option.

Have you thought of choosing creatures based on their type so they form a circle or small web that you can use to navigate through with reality scramble. You might have all creatures in pairs, like two dragons, two humans and so on, so if you get one in play that you dislike you know exactly what you will get instead. Forming a circle like dragon horse
Which can take you to either the dragon leech or the fish horse will allow you to get two choices. At least that's how I read the card.

If it works a web might be even better.

It's not one I prioritize highly, but I can tell that red has very few usefull things, blue has some more and artifacts might be an addition.

A lot of blue and red cards have zero power, so if you give +1/+× you can then get swifty.

Another fun detail is that some high toughness creatures have the ability to return instants to the hand.
To me it seems like they are slowly feeding this theme because most of these cards are new.

It's rare that a chaotic element is introduced into magic decks, so supporting that kind of crazy is a way to have great fun. I had my own days with a deck I called dirtfish. It was based on merfolk with a splash of green to add summoning trap, and gaea's cradle was in it to abuse merrow reejerey. I played some fun blue creatures in that, like in well leviathan. I was also secure against "omnitell" at that time by using [[kederekt leviathan]] that had unearth, which bounced omniscience or whatever the opponent choose to show and tell, and I could cast it from the grave as well for 1 cheaper. A lot of the red spells that draw and discards will make it a nice addition.

I love the randomness this deck has to offer, but there are ways to improve the odds of activating the transformations faster.

Method one: abuse morph...
Casting an otherwise big creature as a morphed creature makes sure you get the results faster.
Sure, the number of big morph creatures is minimal, but theres gotta be a decent kickstarter among them.

Method two: use deceivers...
The cycle of deceivers has one in each color. They are cheap, and they can look at the top of your library allowing you to time your transformation spells.

I'd love to see the deck gain more creatures to make it even more chaotic, when you use mass polymorph.

Since you also use a number of manaproducing artifacts, why not start playing phyrexian metamorph as well ?
You can either play it to copy an artifact or copying an opponents creature allowing you to transform it, or you can copy something powerfull already in play as long as it isn't legendary.

In a few cases you might end up transforming into the metamorph, and in that case you make the best of it, by copying the best artifact or the best creature around. Since it's edh, they are pretty sure to have some mana artifacts too.

By using these ideas you could potentially play some more powerfull commanders. Maybe there is a commander that scry?

Anyways, [[maelstrom djinn]] and [[akroma, angel of wrath]] might be worth a look.
If you keep the two commanders you already got, these two can be a backup plan if someone locks your commanders down somehow.

The deceivers are:

The last idea will be to use a few cheap theft spells, kidnap something then transform it away.

There will always be minimum/maximum models where it turns out going for the maximum us simply wrong.

A simple example is mountains and lightning bolts.

In order to kill, you need a blend of lands and bolts.

You cannot go with maximum by playing just bolts or just lands.

The same kind of balance applies to all existing cards.

There will always be a blend of cards not being maxed for things to work the best.

regarding force of will, you give up on cardadvantage the more you play.

The same mechanics apply to all other cards, where you give up versatility to gain consistency, except being too consistent on a theme makes you lose to a few hate cards.
