Deglamer is actually extra interesting as it is capeable of removing heliod as well. Indestructible doesn't stop a reshuffle :)The 2018 collection strikes again :)If you look at the decktag: wdm 2018You can see all the decks I've listed so far.Since all of them were played at a time where gw(x) vizier was played, most of them likely had some defences against it. You could take a short look through the lists with green in them and try to figure out how they dealt with it.

No problem, and have a good read :)
The first thing I noticed when looking at the 2018 build was 2 spellskite in the mainboard. The second thing was a single deglamer in sideboard alongside 2 relic of progenitus and 1 bow of nylea.Deglamer is interesting as it is a card that can both destroy some of the opponents stuff for some time, but it can also be used to save your own stuff. I can imagine it was boarded in with the relic or bow as a backup, and I can also see how they might have boarded it in to protect spellskite. There was also a blank sideboard card, which could have been just about anything.Apart from those cards there were no other adaptations towards gw(x) vizier
Google after this sentence:how the magic the gathering color wheel explains humanityYou should find it as an article among humanparts/medium.comWriters name is sabien. It's quite detailed and I have been thinking about a series of 10 articles based on his work.
Welcome back after 2 years...It's kinda funny, but there is an influx in users who resurface after years of silence, and my best guess is that it's due to the corona. It's good to see someone who can both use tags and doesn't mind writing up a piece for the decks (even a copied piece is neat)Be aware that the number of people in here is growing, and that most follow the patterns of a facebook culture, posting, but forgetting to chat people up.Find someone to talk to, and they will usually start commenting on your work.
No problem.I can dig into my archive to see what 2018 used for a sideboard. At that time heliod company was better known as gw(x) vizier, and it was powerfull enough that mono green might have been prepaired for it in the sb.
Fun fact, there's some psychologist who actually expanded on the psychology of the guilds. He explained that it was the best working model of human personality behaviour that he had ever seen, beating even the enneagram model which was top of the shit back then.He has kept expanding on the model ever since, and I gotta give him the credit, because I've used a similar conclusion and even implemented the guilds in my own call of cthulhu world, making them into cultists, and giving each guild an array of specialised spells. If you like psychology I can try to find the link to his work...
I don't think unravel works, usually when they play the ballista, they got infinite.Pithing needle might be a better pick if you think they can take out the revoker.
What impresses me most is actually how they managed to make it a platform for several games, and how they filled it with statistical data measurements and also made it a social hub.I've been thinking for a while that there would be money in it for a site to extract information on which cards are being played, so sales can be more controlled.Data on all card games is pretty awesome as a money machine, and I've been wondering for a while if "decktrolling" isn't an attack in the people who try to extract card data. Then there's the personal data from conversations which is probably sold to the biggest data companies. It's not gonna stop me from joining though, but I can't help thinking about how willingly we are being heardedInto monetary systems to join a hobby.
I'm a fan of the ajani/nahiri interaction.Have we talked prison builds before ?I've worked on a bloodmoon/death&taxes hybrid with room for 9 cardsDecktag: wdm prisonAnd all that stuff ?How often do you pull of the bust/citadel, and why do you have it ?I mean leading by an extra land is cool, but most of your stuff cost two colored mana, so might it be better to just have a land in hand? The flagstones should be enough.
I got a 2018 proxy version of this decktype. It hasn't changed a lot, but all the changes seem to make sense. If you want to fight heliod, phyrexian revoker might be a thing. It's a decent beater and locks down a lot of cards, making it a great sideboard card.Another option is to include noxious revival which let's you replay either your creatures or the dismembers which can take out heliod when he goes live.
Hmm, but probably not just any phone :)I'm also a bit oldschool, preferring to game in front of a comp, but I'll google it :)Took a look, an I can't believe how ambitious the site is.That's just wow...I might buy my computer faster, just out of curiosity :)
No, haven't had a computer for a while.I'm on a phone.Maybe in a couple of years though.I mainly watch vids and play my 2018 testdecks.
Without a doubt :)
Who knows, maybe wotc thought them too powerfull :)
Looks solid enough...I'm working on a new taxes hybrid, that might surprise people :)
Usually a mix of noble and birds are usefull.I've played ensnaring bridge a lot, and I've been beaten plenty by exalted birds :)Both aggression and evasion is important.Another exalted card that is usually considered in this type of deck is the quasali pridemage, which also ate into my ensnaring bridges in the olden days.People also had bow of nylea in the sb.
I've seen some of it.Do you know if lessons may be used in the mainboard?
Funny glitch.Strixhaven spoilers are out.We talked about wishes a couple of days ago and something similar seems to be in the set. There are "lessons" which can be fetched from the sideboard when you play cards with the "teach" ability. It's a sort of improved fix on wish cards, but will perhaps be too weak because it's a fix.Let's hope they expand on the theme so that the borders between sideboard and mainboard are moved
User: Alfred has suggested lotus cobra on my version.Seems like a quality pick. With cerulean wisps it might be possible to go off at turn 3 in my version.Turn 1 bird/nobleTurn 2 knight.Turn 3 play two lotus cobra, activate knight, (get 2 mana and a new land, tap for mana)From there it should be possible to find a way to play both cerulean wisp and retreat to coralheim and get the loop.(Maybe through 2 cerulean wisps ? Maybe I should be content with turn a turn 4 kill?)
