wow... thats kinda a ridiculous card... yeah ill put that in. I put Tunnel Vision on the sideboard to potentially mill a the majority of a deck in 1 turn, but Traumatize is more sure fire. Thanks!

It seems like you are trying to combine an infect deck with a survival deck. Personally i find it hard to play a deck combining 2 styles of play, especially ones that are very different. I would drop down to a 2 color deck to make it an easier deck to run.
Also, you could try a combo using Near-death Experience along with Fortune Thief, Angel's Grace, Worship or Ali from Cairo. They all cause your life total to stay at 1 if you were to reach 0.
Phyrexian Unlife+ Repay in Kind is a good combo, but you have to make sure that you aren't dealt more than 10 damage, and make sure that you can keep Phyrexian Unlife up, otherwise your screwed.
Last thing I think might make it easier for you is using dual-lands such as Fetid Heath so that you can have all the mana you ever need whenever you need it. Cheers!

I would also advise replacing Galvanic Blast with Book Burning, seeing as nobody ever runs Book Burning in decks anymore, it deals much more damage, and you only have 4 artifacts, which makes your metalcraft pretty much useless. Would also add another Fire Servant, that damage will add up.

yeah, i originally made this deck as an easy way to get Emrikul out fast, just because its so goddamn powerful, doesn't really matter now though. I've made a deck or 2 that are capable of annihilator 40 as early as turn 4. I'll link one, as a result I haven't been updating this deck to make it the best it can be. It is fun when it works though.

its a mana win deck atm, but you can probably see how a Spawnsire can be inserted for an easy win.

you could switch out the blue spells for kill spells, gold for iron myr, and stick in fireballs for a backup kill.

I think using Overwhelming Stampede instead of Overrun is a good choice. A lot of the spells in your deck buff squirrels, all you need is a 4/4 squirrel to make Overwhelming Stampede more beneficial, If you have a Krosan Beast with threshold, thats all your creatures getting +8/+8 at a minimum, and they all still get trample!

drop in Defense of the Heart. can reallly speed up a deck like this. especially with the stupidly giant strength of Eldrazi

the deck actually has 21 lands. 3 of them are Dryad Arbor, I put them in most of my forest decks in case i need a chump blocker, just more flexibility. I can also pull them out as lands with spells like Harrow.

I see that one troll, which is a freaking beast of a creature, but you have no elves to tap to get him +20+20, even with your token generators, you still dont have enough elves fast enough to make the deck viable. haha, and thats a lot of mana ramp, i think your going to get yourself mana f*ked. I suggest adding a couple Defense of the Heart to allow yourself a luxury of pulling any 2 strong creatures out of your deck against almost any deck for 4 mana.

I took a look at both Foil and Daze, they are both good cards for early game, however, Foil requires you to discard 2 cards, which can be very harmful to a counter deck, where any counter can be useful. And beyond turn 3, Daze is a pretty harmless card against many decks. In the deck I tried to balance low cost and high cost counters as best I could to minimize threats. I play a lot of elf decks and I dont think it would be harmful to let a 1/1 get out and take some hits, as long as I could counter the other elves before they came into play to keep the mana generation under control- but sacking 2 cards which could be useful later for something small wouldn't be worth it.

I like the idea, you have a lot of X cost cards, if there was a way to get red mana out faster it would make an extremely strong deck, maybe replace some of the mountains with mana gain cards (i know red isnt the best for that kind of thing) or a couple little goblins as chump blockers that you can sacrifice to deal 1 damage. In multiplayer where you get more time to build up some good mana this deck would do very well.

I'm replacing them with Serum Powder. With so many ways to get the Obliterators out, I shouldn't need the tutors anyways.

for the obliterators:
turn 1:
play swamp, play Dark Ritual, Bury Alive to take 2 Obliterators from deck and put them into the graveyard
turn 2:
play swamp, Exhume/Reanimate
turn 3:
Exhume/Reanimate other Obliterator

Its a pretty common draw, with the number of reanimate spells in the deck, should be a pretty easy deck to play and win with, and its fast.

If i don't get the counters i need early game, this deck fails. It needs to counter every creature that the opponent puts out, otherwise it will keep swinging at me for damage until i can get a creature out, I only put in 1 guile to make room for more counters, and its not necessarily the WC, but it makes the game end more quickly if I get it out early. Its a counter deck so i have time to wait for it to show up in my hand. I'll look into Daze and Foil though. Thanks!

for an alternate win strategy you could put in some Dark Depths, they have ridiculous synergy with the vampire hexmages, 2nd turn 20/20 indestructible flyer, make sure to drop in some Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoths in the deck as well if you plan on going for the Dark Depths combo. I would make the deck, except all those cards are stupidly expensive :(
Have fun wrecking shop!

If you want an easier way to play an Obliterator deck you can take a look at mine, its single color so its easier to pull out the Obliterator itself, and is also capable of a pretty common 2nd turn Obliterator, with a 2nd Obliterator on turn 3:

seems like you could use some more 1st or 2nd turn drops, Rofellos is always a great card to have for fast mana, he can help you kick the Chalice for even more mana fast.

check out my deck, it can easily be converted into a VERY fast Eldrazi deck, and you can save deck space by using Spawnsire of Ulamog to pull out well over 20 Eldrazi on turn 5 or 6. I don't have the money to build the deck with the Eldrazi right now, but I have a feeling if you can pull it off, an annihilator 40 even on turn 10 will beat every deck ever built.

Let me correct my last message, I don't know of any GREEN card which lets me search my library for an enchantment, and I believe splashing blue into the deck just for that reason would throw off the whole balance.
