well, if it works for you, then I guess it's okay, idk, maybe its just me, but I feel like it needs more win cons...

I mean, yeah... but I feel this deck would work a lot better if you had more win cons.... have you play tested it?

Your control aspect is nice... but as far as I can tell, you have no win con. You should probably add a way to win.

While yes, Torrential Gearhulk can win, it's going to take 4 turns, and by then, they'll have an answer for him. I'd add something else to win with.

Okay, my first suggestion, the deck is trying to do too much. You've got so many cards that are 1 of's, that not all of them work together very well. To solve that, start taking out cards that don't have to do with the theme of your deck, and replace them with cards that do what your deck wants.

Also, decide what cards are the best in your deck, and try to run 3 or 4 of them, not just one. This increases the chances that you will draw what you need, and you will get your strongest cards every game. Once you do that, your deck is going to run a lot smoother each time.

For example, chaos imps, and glorybringer don't have much to do with the elemental theme you said you wanted. I would take them out, and add in more of the elementals. You also have too many different elementals in here. I would figure out which are your strongest, and add more of them, while getting rid of your weakest.

This also applies to your sideboard. Remember: your sideboard is supposed to be a solution for whatever your main deck couldn't answer. If you only have one of the card in the sideboard, it's not going to be much help when you switch it, because you have a very very small chance of drawing it in the remaining games.

But for a first deck, this is very good! Keep playing, and have fun!

Could you build just a regular standard version of this deck? It looks really cool, and I'm interested in seeing how good it could be if you dropped limits of block. If you don't want to, that's fine too.

Only suggestion I can think of right now is Liliana, the Last Hope; otherwise, great deck!

With the amount of draw, an Elixir of Immortality would be nice, then you can reuse your whole library.

I agree, but there's so little room... It's either I drop the Maps, or put it in the sideboard... (the whole reason I have the maps was because I didn't see the land goes to your hand, so I just thought it could speed the deck up to a turn 4 instead of turn 5.... whelp, kinda useless now)
But for now, I'll add them to the sideboard, and maybe later switch them up.

Another thing I notice now... there's not enough draw in here... finding the combo is mostly gonna be luck... but there's nothing else out there that draws and does something we need... Hopefully some help comes in Amonkkhet.

I'm a little confused, how is that an infinite damage loop?

Wow! Thanks for the feedback guys! I'm just going to respond to both of you (geezer48 and Kibernizzle) in this comment (mostly because I'm too lazy to type two responses, but also because most of my comments will apply to both of you.)
Firstly, thank you for some great card suggestions, I can already see how to make the deck much, much better. Secondly, I never finished updating the description and how to play (which I've now done), but this deck isn't mine, one of my friends built it, but as he isn't on MTGV, he wanted to see how the community would react to the deck. I'll let him know of the cards, and see what he wants to do. For now, I'm not gonna change the deck, but once he's seen it, I'll rework it some.
Thanks again!

Okay, I think I made some progress on fixing the mana problem, lemme know what you think about that?
And I'm a little confused on what you're saying with the tezzeret deck. I mean, any deck could use artifact hate, but I feel like it would be in the sideboard for this deck.

You just sideboard the mill for something else in the 2nd game, that's how you stop the milling... Okay, yeah, cycling is weak, but still some card draw... if you just need to stop combat damage, then angelsong works, but yeah, I can think of some situations where just stopping damage works...

Eh, I don't care too much, I mostly just like looking at decks, but thank you for the offer!

You have no idea how much I love this deck. I've wanted to find a mill edh for FOREVER. Only suggestions I would have, add some more mana rocks to it. The curve is very high, and it doesn't have that much protection. Otherwise, amazing deck.

Well yeah, this deck is pretty much screwed against Emrakul. There's no denying that. But if you do run into an emrakul, just revert to old-school tactics, stop milling them. No guarantee it'll work, but hey, you're screwed otherwise. Personally, I think I like angel song just a little better, just for the cycle, cause if you have a scepter with a fog out, then there's no point having an extra in your hand, so best just to cycle it.

Unfortunately 600$ is still too much for me :( But I still rarely play commander enough for it to be worth it, so it's all good.
But I've always been interested in seeing a Mill commander deck. Either the Phenax, God of Deception; Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, or the fairy lady (whose name I currently forget....) (or any other commanders that you can think of) would be cool, if you have time, I'd be interested in seeing what you can come up with.

Okay, that makes a lot more sense. Cool deck! I would love to build it, but alas... I have no money :(

It's called slow MILL for a reason. If you want to run a fog deck, then yes, just making themselves draw out is perfect. The point of the deck I built is to MILL them. It uses fogging to survive, and that is it.

Okay, I fixed it up a little based on your suggestions. Switched my wipe for supreme verdict, and the bloody tome for more draw. I don't like the idea of dropping the mill card to 1 copy, because then if you don't get it, you're kinda screwed. I still feel like the deck needs more draw power, but I think I can't drop any more, otherwise the deck gets a little iffy. But thank you for the help!

I think Ruinous Path would work better than To The Slaughter, because with this deck, you're almost never going to have delirium. Also, Grasp of Darkness should be in here.
Another suggestion? You have lots of double black mana cards, I'd recommend adding more black mana with a little less red mana?
Just thoughts.
