Okay, first thing. Crypolith Rite. Because all of your creatures untap with paradox, so you can tap them for "infinite" mana. Thats going to help your mana base more than anything else. Cut 1x Tormenting and 1x Paradox.Second, I would cut all of your non- basic lands to 2 minimum, 3 max. And run at least 3 evolving wilds.Other than that, looks decent.

What should I trade it for tho?
I'm gonna go with Servant, for two reasons, 1: how often is this deck gonna hit delirium? (Not often) and 2: additional energy.
Man, I nearly had a heart attack there! Okay, I did some digging, and play and cast are the same thing, as far as I csn tell. Casting means to take the spell from wherever it is currently located, and put it on the stack. I'm pretty sure the combo still works, but I'm not a judge, so I'm not 100% sure. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
I actually haven't tested this yet. But I understand where you're going with this, and I too am a little worried about finding all the land drops for each turn, but I would rather not risk more lands, because I still want to get as few stops on the combo as possible.
Okay, that makes sense, my reasoning behind highspire was to get some energy for Gonti's, but now we've got other ways to get the energy we need.
Okay, I added those two cards. What do you think now?
Okay, I do like that. I'll change it up some in a bit and see what happens.
Yeah, it makes sense... I just don't know if splashing for 1 card is worth it...
umm... I'd say leave Alchemists, it's a decent madness card... but if you did take it out, 1 more of Stensia and Fatal.
Okay, this one I do like quite a bit more than the other one. Using Lost Legacy to get rid of Fling completely negates an instant win, turning the game into a prowess vs vampires game. Plus you've got alchemists greeting to get rid of TiTi BEFORE it transforms. The only thing I would change. Drop the Avacyn's Judgment (just not quite worth it most the time, in my experience) for Fatal Push (another way to kill off TiTI). Possibly add more of Stensia Masquerade, that card can mess with decks.
Yeah, but all of your creatures are non-horror. If TiTi comes out at all, and gets flipped, then this deck is pretty much screwed...
I like it, the only problem is, if they get TiTi out, and flipped, unless you have gideon and his emblem out, it's still an instant loss... because him flipping puts everything back in your hand.
Let me know when you have it built, I'd love to check it out!
I do love the idea of recycling, but in my experience playing these types of decks, if you're alive to recycle, you've probably lost the game. I'd probably consider it in the sideboard incase you find the odd mill deck.
Touche... with the current standard meta though, I'm not all that worried. Plus a creature is just gonna get destroyed after you flip TiTi, so it just kinda slows down the combo, not stopping it.
I just realized that you can get a turn 4 win with this fling combo. Check it out:http://www.mtgvault.com/thevanished/decks/turn-4-instakill/
Wow, awesome idea! Only thing I would suggest is putting in Anticipate instead of Just the Wind. Ooh! or replace it with Fiery Temper, then if you discard it, you can get some extra value out of it, for cheaper?
That change still looks a lot better than it used to be, to me.
Hmm... honestly, I'd say take out one censor (too weak late game, although super nice early game) and an Aether Hub... Next on my list would probably be either Glimmer of Genius, or Harnessed Lightning...
