Sorry, but I'm realllllly confused trying to read that... I put in all sorts of different eldrazi to give you some variation in what you eldritch evolution for, so you can react to a wide variety of matchups. I personally thing the mana curve is just fine, I mean, you only need 3/4 mana to win, so not too big of a problem... And then from there on makes no sense to me.

Thanks for the advice!
Kruin Outlaw would be good, but I went with Vines instead. Just to give some extra buff/protection.
There is some removal in the sideboard for when you need it as well...

You've shoved all the new mechanics and two combos into a deck, and managed to still include other viable wincons... I love it.

It looks to me like you're trying to do too much here. You're trying to tap all your opponents creatures, Have a creature to attack and equip with, and mill with spells at the same time. With mill decks, it's a good idea to focus on one method of mill, and build the deck around it.
If you wanna go the Trepanation Blade route, I'd drop any other mill, add 4 copies of that, and then add some more creatures, and enchantments/instants to make them unblockable or indestructable. (going that route is likely to kill them from combat damage before it mills them however)
If you wanna go the tap mill, get 4 copies of Startled Awake, and then put in as many tap spells as you can ((That looks like an interesting deck... I may build that... I'll get back to you on that)) so that Startled Returns to your hand often.
Good Luck! and hope this helps some.

p.s. Too much draw in a mill deck is NOT a bad thing. (well, maybe too much is) But in this deck, you don't have enough. (You have 2 cards that let you draw 1 card a piece.) You are going to be top-decking very, very quickly. (that wont win you any games.)

Diffidently better than any Zombies Deck I've ever built, But why keep the negate in there? Why not drop it and throw in a removal spell, or a board wipe in case things go very badly?
(Some options:
Ultimate Price - same CMC, pretty effective removal;
Ruinous Path - something to get rid of any pesky opposing planeswalkers that somehow manage to avoid your attacks;
Languish - the Standard black board wipe (incase things go really, really badly. Plus rebuilding your board shouldn't be too hard, with the deck's access to the graveyard);
even throwing in another Voldaren or Gisa and Geralf would help, since those seem to be your backup wincon's.)
Again, Great deck! +1

I actually did have a few of those in here at the beginning, but I like the creature aspect of the deck more, so I dropped those for more creatures. If you really feel like you want to, feel free to add them, but ill add some into the sideboard as possible replacements. As to the pulse tracker he is a pretty solid turn 1, but he doesn't help as much with devotion, and I feel like dropping something to put him in would hurt the deck just a little more than it would help. But it could work. Thanks for your comments!

Thanks for the advice!

There are lots of great mill cards out there, and lots of great mill creatures as well. I find it almost funny that this deck contains no creatures, and kinda feel like I wanna keep it that way... It's very possible to build a good creature-based mill deck however. I've run into problems using Mind Funeral however, because most good decks will have a fairly consistent land placement throughout their decks, and it's ruined me many-a-time. Mind Sculpt is probably one of the easier to access good mill cards, but it's not the best (unless it's a mono-blue deck) as both Breaking and Glimpse both mill for more, for the same CMC. I did add two copies of Surgical Extraction to the sideboard however, because most combo decks won't work against mill decks the first time, plus this deck has ways to return creatures.

As to the land problem, I see what you're saying. I feel like 20 lands is a little to low, as that's the amount I personally tend to run in Aggro/Ramp decks. In most mills that I build, I tend to run between 24 and 26, but that's just me. I have adjusted the lands to help fix this tho, and added a bunch of fetch lands, while dropping some of the other lands.

I would love to build this deck irl, but there is no way I could afford it atm... so I'm stuck with just viewing it on here :(

I actually did have two copies of Traumatize in here, but I believe I dropped them for the Visions of Beyond for two reasons: It needed more card draw; and its mana cost was too much, especially for a fast pace deck like this.
Consuming Aberration is a good card, I agree. And he would fit in here, I just don't know what to drop? Maybe one or two of the Increasing Confusion?

Thanks for the advice! I changed around the creatures some, and the sorceries a little as well. I also added some Evolving Wilds and Hissing Quagmire's

Also, Zulaport Cutthroat doesn't work very well in this deck... you're probably going to want to drop him and switch him for draw of some sort... Probably either Read the Bones or Succumb to Temptation

Yeah, when you're working on a combo, draw/card cycle is probably one of the most important parts

Very nice, I've seen the two combo's out there as well, and it's very interesting to see them both in one deck. Nicely done. However, I would suggest switching out Expedite for a draw spell such as Tormenting Voice so that you have a better chance of getting to your combo cards faster.

Thanks for the comment!

It's ment to be a "stall" (lifegain) deck, until you can get to one of your win conditions. which is what most of the cards are for. Pious Evangel is SUPER good for lifegain, especially in a token deck (each token entering triggers his ability), but I agree... I need to focus the deck more. Vessel was an iffy card for me, I finally stuck a few in because they give us two tokens, and you dont necessarily have to play and sac it in one turn.

But EDH rules also state that if a commander has an ability that uses another color, those colors can be included in the deck. Since this commander has a white/black ability, then white and black can be included.

Yeah, that could work... When I've been playing my mono-blue version of this, getting forgotten and keeping just one of him out is actually pretty easy... But throwing one in could work really well...
