Here is where you challenge me to a deck design.
Want a deck with a certain card?
I can make it.
If it looks interesting, I will make it.

This deck here, Julian's Trapper Keeper is an example.

Hey Northy, care to check out a deck.
Not mine. Puschkin's. He has been on here awhile, without getting due attention.
Would greatly appreciate people checking the deck out!

You know who Sleeper Agent calls best friend?
Stab Wound.
Yep.
Makes Sleeper Agent a 1/1 which means it takes his bite away.
Plus it adds 2 damage per turn.

So...instead of a single Sleeper Agent being a 3/3 and doing 2 damage per turn to your opponent he becomes:
1/1 and does 4 damage per turn.

Good call with the Vampiric Link in the deck!
+1
Good luck.

Mind checking this one out for me?

Ugh, my EDH deck...is lame.
I actually hated that it was put on the Hot Page.
Not to take away from the honor and the effort other people put forth to make it to the Hot Page...it's just that the deck did not deserve it.
I agree, the Firedancer would be a beast with the 32 cards that activate it in this deck.

Yep, good stuff.
I like Charms in general. I seen an entire deck built around Charms on this website, a few months back.

Budget, check.
Easy to understand, check.
Lots of 4-ofs, check.

What's not to automatically like?!

Joking aside, Exsanguinate has a CCC of 2. Not 1 as you wrote. See, I do read!

A few questions.
Do you think you might could go 1 or 2 lands lower? With Soothsayer and Vision, you will enable yourself to make sure you do not get too burned with Seer as well as make sure you do not get mana screwed.
Does Seer's "reveal" count as opponent drawing a card because he puts the card into his hand?
How the hell did I not know about Portent? Nice card!!!

Your comment about 80% of decks on here not running removal...that hurt.
Mainly, because, when I first started on mtgvault I ALWAYS ran removal.
Only after being on here so much...ranting at people not running removal (and being told it is aggro/not suppose to run removal/removal is for sideboard) so much...I finally caved into the darkside. I rarely run removal now. And feel bad for it.

Very nice idea with the walls for stalling and lifegain to counteract damage from Seer.

Suggestions: Why not run stuff that puts their permanents on top of their library.
You know, like they play a 5 mana Planewalker or creature. You make them return it on top of their library.
Next turn they draw into 5 damage via Seer.

Ether Well comes to mind. They lose tempo. They lose the creature. They have to draw into the creature, via Seer, and take damage. They lose a draw. They have to replay the creature and be scared that you will repeat the process.

Forced Retreat. Same deal.

Or Hinder. Counter their 5 mana spell, put it back on top of their library so that they may take 5 damage next turn.

Memory Lapse. Yummy.

Nevermaker using evoke is fast, surprising, and makes them take extra damage next turn, via Seer.

Hell, go with phyrexian mana and Noxious Revival. It would work slightly against your Suffer the Past...but it would allow you to take 2 damage to do potentially massive damage to your opponent.

Research the Deep is iffy. First off, you would probably win the battle since you stack your and oppponent's decks...but the fact that they could put the card on the bottom of the library would be counterproductive. So...probably not a good fit.

I suck with nonbasic lands, as you know, but maybe you could add in Soldevi Excavations. The reveal part could be nice...but not really needed.

It would blow to Seer into a Spin into Myth...but potentially that could do great damage to your opponent.

Isn't there a card that puts an opponent's card 3 cards deep in their library, not sure. Not sure of the name or color. That could be interesting.

Totally Lost, expensive, but same idea.

Voyage's End, again, same idea.

Anyways, love it!
Wish I could be of more help but I never play Pentagram/team/free for all.
Hell, I rarely play Magic anymore. No one to play against.

Yes, missingno!!
Where you walked up and down a certain beach shore. You fought like level 200 creatures and missingno!!
It would mess your Hall of Fame, or whatever it was, up, though.
Was an easy way to level up though.
And I am pretty sure you could pokeyball those level 200 creatures too!

I always preferred "free" counterspells like Daze and Foil/Accumulated Knowledge combo.

If your opponent knows you are playing counterspells he will just wait until you are tapped out of all of your mana/lands and THEN he will play his best card.

With something like Daze, it will destroy him!! You tap out all your mana, he thinks he can now play his best card he has in the deck, and BAM!!!! you play a Daze and make him cry.

Would definitely suggest 4 Daze for the 4 Cancels.

Good luck.

Example of what Puschkin is saying.

Goblin Lackey, in a Goblin Deck can not be beaten! But he is only around 7 dollars.
Goblin Guide, in a Goblin Deck he is a great card...not as good as a Goblin Lackey (with Siege/Krenko/Instigator) in a pure Goblin deck. But he is around 20 bucks.

Why is Lackey 7 dollars even though he is better in a Goblin deck?
Why is Goblin Guide 20 dollars? Even though he can't pop out a 2nd turn Siege or Krenko?

Because you can put Goblin Guide in ANY red deck and he rocks.
If you take Lackey and put him in a non-goblin deck, he would suck!

And right on with some cards are staples. If you are going to invest in cards, buy cards like Daze and Mother of Runes. They will always hold their value.

And spot on, again, on why Standard sucks so damn hard. Who wants to buy a 300 dollar deck to see it rotate out and become a 80 dollar deck? Lame. Who wants to buy a 300 dollar computer to see it magically become a 80 dollar cd player one year from now? You want to keep your damn computer, don't you?!

Get them down to very low hit points...and throw like 99 balls at them.
They are so great at avoiding balls, like lesbians, lol.

With Piracy Charm you are using it for pump up, just like your Artifact, right?
If so, it is nice!
With all of your flyers, the Piracy Charm and Artifact will do a lot of extra damage.
