kiora's follower doesnt make this any more infinite than it already was....this combo is still bad....at least standard has an infinite combo I suppose...

you can disagree all you want. it doesnt change that Fabled Hero will finish more games than Anex and Cymede. the power level isnt even close. Fabled hero is fringe playable in standard right now, Anax and Cymede isnt even playable in limited.

every black deck doing well at large tournaments is mainboarding 4 devour flesh. any Esper list popping up is running Devour Flesh and Far // Away. I dont know if you have heard, but UW control is the second best deck in the format, prior to BotG, and it runs 4 Supreme Verdict and most side a couple ratchet bomb. maybe you are UNDERestimating the amount of these things going on.

with the amount of sac based removal and boardwipes, there are plenty of ways around hexproof.

the scry from thassa is more relevant than the unblockable. Aqueos Form is easier to deal with, and often a 2 for 1.

an aggro deck where all your lands come into play tapped....this seems like a bad idea. Even if you dont want to pony up for Breeding Pools, Temple Gardens, and Hallowed Fountains, throw some basic lands in there so you can have something to do on turns 1-3.

you dont need to. the trigger only goes on the stack once, and you exile the trigger with sundial

they do not leave at the end of your opponents turn if you activate the sundial with the exile trigger on the stack.

you could legitimately cut about half of those elves for better dudes. Elves are great for ramping into bigger dudes, which is what you want, based on your generals ability. You kind of have synergy with that ability with the pump guys, so it could work as is, but you have a TON of dudes, and not much going on on the spell side. My changes are just suggestions, but the dudes I dont like are pretty bad...

thrummingbird doesnt do 2 infect alone unless you have a way to give it infect. proliferate only gives one additional counter

its still not a combo, just an (un)interesting interaction. why do you need a 0/40 tree that can only block one dude? there is no discernible reason for this to happen...why not focus on winning the game, instead of just not losing it?
