"blah blah blah Im the best blah blah blah" No one is here to hear your lies. No one needs advice from someone who has to post their accolades (true or not, likely the latter) on the internet. Youre in here blowing your own horn and talking to hear yourself talk. Cool bro, you think youre hot shit. No one cares, and some douchedick who has been playing for 15 minutes doesnt know enough to be dolling out advice like they have been playing for years. Im through cluttering up this thread arguing with you. Make your last words count.

BTW, its "Ad Hominem." trying to look smart is tough, isnt it?

Boros Reckoner is excellent here, and you could splash black for Spiteful Shadows, and a better removal suite.

if you have played the game for a week and a half, you should be taking advice, not giving it.

Youre telling someone who is trying to be a creative deckbuilder that, essentially ,their deck is bad and they should play a net.deck, because it makes you feel better. how about this? You let the people who want to build decks to experiment with build them, and you continue to have no imagination and copy/paste "your" decks off the internet. Your initial comment adds nothing to this guys build, and you seem to fail to realize that there are still people around that enjoy the creative side of the game.

Rune or Protection doesnt keep your dudes alive when they play electrickery. Also a problem is Shrivel.

you could add red (or chromatic sphere, Prophetic Prism or Pentad Prism to get any color mana) for Burst of Speed. doesnt solve the electrickery issue, but being able to attack with a million dudes when you make them seems relevant.

This doesnt seem like a funny comment, and its strictly worse than a useful one.

this deck is more of a midrange deck, making late scry pretty effective for filtering out lands you dont need or spells that arent currently useful for whatever situation you find yourself in. some top decks run off color scry lands just to scry, because it IS worth it.

I doubt anyone cares about impressing someone who cant even spell impressed. This deck is built to be an inexpensive one drop deck, not to beat the best decks in standard. Your arrogance is cute though, Im SURE your deck is perfect.

the fact that this is legal in Modern tells me that youre probably missing out on some great commons from older sets. might be worth doing a little research into the Urza Block and sets from that era. there are some good cards there.

additionally, you could add red for Burst of Speed and Goblin Bushwhacker to give haste to your dudes.

thats why you dont overcommit to the board. a skilled player could win with this type of deck.

Geralf's Messenger is so much better than Blood Scriviner.

this deck wants Ethereal Armor. Sure, you could grind it out for a few turns with Heliod or Gideon, but why not just punch them once and call it a day? all those enchantments make Armor gross.

Phyrexian Metamorph is better than Clone. it allows you to copy pesky artifacts they may have as well as their creatures.

You seem salty. its almost like you feel stupid for forgetting that Changelings are Merfolk. no need to cry here, kid, you'll be OK.

Mothdust Changeling is better that Cosi's Trickster. Trickster doesnt fly, Mothdust can. sometimes you need to block a resto or something, or just get damage across. MANY fish decks run Mothdust.

I also think your sideboard is kind of wonky. I dont know what your modern meta looks like, so maybe its what you need, but it seems like Hurkyl's Recall, Echoing Truth, and Hibernation could probably replace Mana Leak, Bident of Thassa, and Tidebinder Mage.

you dont like 1 drops that get all the +1/+1 from the merfolk lords? Mothdust is fine.

Vapor Snag seems unnecessary, though. I think Serum Visions or Git Probe would be better in that spot.
